“Decided to check out this location after trying Dave's in Denver. We were on our way home from Dallas and decided to use the drive-thru. Home was about 45 minutes away, so I asked that all condiments be placed on the side so the food would not get soggy. Everything was done as requested, and the person who took our order was patient and extremely helpful. When I asked for sauce, he gave me a recommendation to mix the Dave's sauce with honey, and it was a hit. Big props to him for being a great person to order from. The chicken was well-seasoned and spicy, the fries and condiments were all good, which made for an awesome lunch at home. Next time I'm in Waco, I will definitely visit this location again.“

“Clean very clean the manager or maybe she was was the assistant manager she was very friendly and nice. She was very welcoming. We live in McGregor and the tenders do not look as huge as the tenders here. Our plates are filled. That we had so much we got to take some home.“

“This is my favorite location in Waco as the staff is friendly and efficient. It’s probably the busiest Chickfila in Waco, but they have it down to a science to get customers through the drive thru quickly. The staff is courteous, confirms my order when they hand it to me, and have a good attitude. And the food is consistent from one visit to the next. Hot, fresh, and made to order (no pickles for me).“

“They messed up on ringing up my order charging me double for the food. It was fixed but the employee tries to argue with me over it. I order the same thing often and if someone is wrong about how they ring up an order it should be an inquiry, not an argument. Some get defensive though. Food was great as always.“

“It was about 9pm when I went, so they didn't have the chicken patty I wanted. So I got the chicken fried steak (and im still not really sure what that is). It didn't come with the white gravy like the picture indicated, so I just put ketchup on it. All in all, I was still happy with what I got. The staff was friendly. It seemed overpriced for what I was getting, but thats just inflation (thx, joe). I will go back.“
