I gotta say this remains the best bushs in Waco and better than the one in west ,even post pandemic. HOWEVER the star deduction is because there is a lack of consistency for awhile now. You can generally tell a difference when management is there vs when the kids are running the show. Some times it's really good, hot and fresh like it was today and some times our tenders are clearly what's left over from the lunch rush like last time and went to our outside dogs. They messed up on ringing up my order charging me double for the food. It was fixed but the employee tries to argue with me over it. I order the same thing often and if someone is wrong about how they ring up an order it should be an inquiry, not an argument. Some get defensive though. Food was great as always.

First time I have ever purchased a 3 piece chicken meal that was so very very dry. Just opening the box I could tell it was hard and dry. Even the okra was dry and stuck together in clumps. So disappointed it was not worth the $12.89 I paid.
