“My wife and I have been customers of the KFC in Georgetown, TX for the past 25 years, However, for the past two years or so we have frequently avoided this location as we were not pleased with the service nor the employees. Today, we thought we'd give it another shot as we like the food. We were pleasantly surprised with the employee (I think her name is Rori), the service, and the food. Rori knows how to deal with people and is friendly and efficient. I'm glad we went back !“

Taegan truly makes every visit amazing. He is extremely friendly, very helpful, and always takes the initiative to make sure customers are well taken care of. His customer service is absolutely superb and goes above and beyond expectations. Because of Taegen, we genuinely love coming back to this Chick-fil-A branch in Round Rock. He is a great asset to the team and deserves recognition for his excellent work!“

“I have never been to a Dave’s hot chicken. I knew about it from TikTok so while me and my fiancé went to Austin for a trip, I really wanted to try it. It is so good and Georgina was the absolute sweetest angel ever. 10/10 will come back next time I’m in the Austin area“
