“This is a beautiful space. Someone is going to be mad, but I think the esthetic is better than at the winery. It has an elegant & clean atmosphere that is inviting. I want to return to try the patio. Customer service was fantastic. Since I didn't get the spelling for their names I will say the gentleman & lady working are excellent. I felt welcomed & they didn't make you feel rushed when it got closer to closing. They were friendly & courteous until the very end. The amazing customer service exists at all their locations, so this is on brand for Grape Creek.”

“A new place that I first went to a couple of months ago. I must say it has been a couple more times since going for my first time and I will continue to go. The food, the service and atmosphere is great. My mother can’t sit in a seated table due to a surgery and the staff accommodated us on a busy night! The food is amazing the gnocchi is superb and wine selection is great too. As well as everything being reasonably priced too. If you’re looking for a great place to celebrate or have a night out you won’t be disappointed coming here!”

“The best way to celebrate America's 250th anniversary in this charming small town cottage.

Everyone, including older ladies, were clothed in their best Love America outfits. The charm charm of small town America.

Atmosphere: a beautiful cottage decorated with assorted Americana decorations. Loved it. See pics.

Food: I ordered a quiche Lorraine (the last one) with fresh fruits (I wished there was more variety, like with berries). The quiche was wonderful and tasty just the way I like. It was obviously made from scratch, the custard very eggy and had nice bacon flavor.

Feeling guilty, - im not supposed to eat sweets - I ordered an additional scone (see pic) with lemon curd. The scone was huge. The flavor was nice and crudty on the putdide but unfortunately, the inside was a little goowie (undercooked). The lemon curd was a tart & smooth addition.

Service: I was helped by a bunch of young - Aaron - but very professional servers.

Overall: a very good impression. I will certainly come back, maybe next year for the 251st Anniversay.

“Big taste, bigger heart! In the days following the Central Texas floods, Lulu showed up to help with the flood cleanup, ready to get her hands dirty. She worked alongside people who had been displaced by the flood, and told me several times that any time any of the flood relief volunteers or survivors needed a warm cup of coffee, she would love for them to come by the shop and provide that at no charge. I thanked her for supporting our community, but never personally made it by there, although I did share that with others! Today I went in to drop off a barrel for food collections because of course she jumped at the opportunity to support those struggling in our community in another way. I told her how much I appreciated her, and how sad I was that I couldn’t eat any of the amazing goodies in her cute shop because I have Celiac disease. She showed me several treats that are gluten free and said she was very careful about cross contamination. She GAVE me a massive piece of her Basque Cheesecake, which I could not wait to get back to the car and try. Oh. My. Goodness. This stuff is actual heaven. It’s hands down the best cheesecake, gluten free or not, I have ever had. And I’m a foodie. I savored several bites (didn’t even wait to get home to a fork), and decided it was going to be my dinner. I also resolved to save some for breakfast. O have gotten back into the container FIVE times now as I continue delivering barrels and posters. I don’t think this little miracle of a treat is making it to breakfast 😂. If you want lovely treats in a cute store on the Most Beautiful Square in Texas served by an absolutely wonderful human, you have to go check out Lulu’s. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet Lulu herself.”

“I hired Bahler Street to cater my wedding and it was great! My guests absolutely loved the different flavors and the experience of watching them fire up the pizzas. The truck is also really nice itself, it isn't a greasy food truck like you might expect elsewhere. The staff were super nice and talented - and Amber was great to coordinate with leading up to the event. I also had two Gluten Free guests (one I forgot to tell them about and they handled it beautifully) and a few vegan guests - everyone went home happy and healthy! Highly recommend!”

Ike's corporate reached out and resolved most of the issues I had, so I have updated the review.

These sandwiches really are fantastic, even though they are on the pricey side. In my opinion, the extra cost is worth it. Unique, creative sandwich designs, ingredients, and amazing flavors.

The only thing I'll say is to watch for mistakes like missing side orders of sauce or even missing sandwiches, but Ike's (corporate and the Georgetown store) will make it right if they do make a mistake. Their food quality, positive attitude, and willingness to fix issues have earned my continued business.”

“This bakery is in a historic home, nestled within the neighborhood. I'm giving them five stars because I came in, very last minute, to place a cupcake order for my two year olds party that was occurring the next day. Knowing I was asking them to endure an inconvenience, the lady that helped took my order with a smile. I asked for chocolate and confetti flavored cupcakes, with the color pink incorporated and sprinkles. I was trying not to be picky at all. When I picked up the cupcakes the next day, everyone was not only impressed with the presentation but the taste. The taste was decadent, rich, and buttery. I will definitely order from them again.”

I only ordered the double sausage/meat croissant (definitely recommend if you’re hungry) since I got coffee elsewhere. The croissant was definitely stuffed and worth the bang for your buck. It came out to about $5.50-ish after tax.

“Earlier this week, I was having an absolutely terrible morning. I hadn’t been to Tropical Smoothie in a long time since we usually order delivery, but for some reason I decided to stop in person that day. Of course, with my luck, I accidentally dropped my smoothie and it went everywhere across the floor.

I was completely embarrassed, but I believe it was the manager who immediately came running over to help me. He was incredibly kind, smiling the entire time, and his positive attitude was honestly contagious. I walked in feeling stressed and left feeling happy, despite the spill.

My son even teased me afterward for dropping my drink, but I told him we definitely need to start going back in person because the customer service there was exceptional. I’ve honestly never been treated with that much kindness after spilling a drink (It's usually my youngest spilling a drink).

If you're ever having a bad day, I do recommend stopping in so they have the opportunity to turn your day around too. This location deserves an A+ for customer service.”

“We recently heard of an authentic barbacoa stop.... and this place delivers.

We tried a few cuts of meat as they sell out fast on the day we stopped by (Sun). The barbacoa is fresh and juicy, the corn tortillas are by far the best I've tried in Central Texas. Need a few more tortillas... just ask and they will gladly give you another pack to enjoy your tacos. The agua frescas are on point and you can get refills 😲.

If you're looking for something new, then this place is a stop you have to try. They have plenty of outside seating but watch out for that wind that can carry your plate away... 😆”

“We did not eat. The menu and atmosphere is similar to the Cedar Park store but there are only 8-10 taps and I was surprised, at the end of January, that there wasn’t a single stout on offer.

We had planned to eat and drink but left, sad and planning to satisfy our stout craving elsewhere.

I was surprised that working with a new chef (Chef Snow?) hadn’t resulted in menu changes. Part of the draw to Georgetown was his cooking (and Red Horn’s amazing stouts).

I do prefer the “vibe” and beer selection in Cedar Park.”

“I recommend it only for to go. Dining in is weird. My Google review: It used to be a regular restaurant where staff would come take your order and deliver your food to your table on plate. Now you order your food at the counter and they bring your food to you in a plastic to go container. You have to pick up your own PLASTIC forks and napkins, and take them back to the table. “We got to try Simmer Down Cafe for the first time the other night! I was surprised that there were almost no customers on a Saturday at dinner time. It seems like a pretty cool hangout spot, so maybe it gets busier later in the evening. There's a bar, a patio with seating and a pool table, a little lounge area with couches, and even a few slot machines. The food was basic but not bad, and our waiter was friendly. It's great that they have breakfast options available all day! There were two gentlemen working the whole dining room, so hopefully other staff showed up later. There was nobody behind the bar, and I did overhear one of the gentlemen say that all the bartenders were fired, but maybe he was referring to somewhere else. It's nice to see staff still in good spirits and working hard even with just two of them!”

“I have no idea why this place has 4.2 stars. I literally almost didn't try it, but I'm so happy I did. This is hands down the best Chinese food I've had in Texas since moving from New York. We ordered the chicken fried rice, chicken wings and the beef and broccoli. It was so damn good and the portion size is more then generous. We had given up on good Chinese in Texas, so we're excited to have a new spot. Shout out to the amazing chef!!!!”

“I was skeptical with only 2 reviews, and it is at Wahlberg truckstop. I was happily surprised. Huge well-seasoned tenders, some almost half a breast. Staff was wonderful and the price for their family special was affordable...especially since we were able to make 6 meals out of it. Best in town!”

I wish though that they would have individual brewed cups if you want a specific brew. I love the blonde roast but only Veranda. I am not a Sunsera fan. It’s a way different flavor profile. “This was my 2nd time eating at Five Guys. The first time was years ago in a totally different city. But as far as this particular location (Georgetown) I will say the customer service was stellar. My order was shy of $20 and that was just for a plain and dry Grilled cheese with a patty and a large Cajun fry. Don't judge me, I'm really plain and simple when it comes to burgers. I honestly hated the fries and threw them into the disposal. They did give me a lot of fries and I mean alot. I got what I paid for with the fries. The fries were overly seasoned and a tad bit spicy. I just couldn't find a liking to them. The burger was good but not worth the amount that I paid. The burger was about the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger. I will not ever eat at another Five Guys again simply because I can make my own food (I was just being lazy today) or I can go elsewhere and get the full benefit of the amount I paid. Again, the customer service was good and everyone seemed nice. The manger was doing an interview I believe when I was there but he took time to acknowledge my presence. Oh, the restaurant was pretty clean. I did end up waiting about 5 mins for my order since they were waiting on the fries to be completed. I had placed this order to go via online, so I'm glad I didn't wait long at all.”
