Stopped here on our drive from San Antonio to Dallas for lunch based on AI’s recommendation. It was delicious! Not far off I-35 and great barbecue flavor. Definitely recommend the Dirty Swine tacos! 🌮
Best BBQ I’ve had in AGES. I grew up here and now live in the Midwest. I was visiting my parents and wanted some legit BBQ, the kind I grew up with - not hipsterized. I cannot recommend Tejano Cookers enough. The sliced brisket was unbelievably good. Awesome, friendly service. No pretense. I will come back every time I’m down here. It’s a treat to look forward to. If you’re a BBQ lover who lives nearby, support this place every time you have a chance! It’s a gem!!!!
Tejano sándwich, brisket, and jalapeño sausage was so good. Sad they sold out of ribs, hopefully next time!
