“Top notch food and service! Bought some BBQ for Labor Day and again today for the UT game at home. Everything was tasty and well prepared. The brisket was moist, had a good smoke ring, and was seasoned with a good rub for the bark. The ribs were great and flavorful and the turkey was moist and smoked to perfection. I’ll keep being a return customer! Thanks for all the good food and hard work!“

“This was my first time going so happy we went. The food was so darn good. Being my first time I was able to sample all the meats. Oh the brisket...chefs kiss smoked to perfection and the burnt ends absolutely delicious. The pulled pork was OMGOODNESS just get some. My husband and I regretfully only got one jalapeno sausage. It was so good. Oh yeah get the cream corn trust me. 😋 the potato salad was potato salad.
The BBQ sauce I admit I had to use the Sissy Sauce now. Their regular sauce was a good blend of heat and spice though.
Picnic style seating so if you're going for the ambiance you'll be disappointed. Just enjoy the food and unlimited tea and soda. You will not be disappointed if you go here.“

“In town for work a few weeks ago, had dinner here with a friend since it was close to the hotel. Food is incredibly delicious!! Staff is great and restaurant is spotless. Going to make it a point to come here more often when I'm in town!“

“Hosted a private Event at the Palmer Lane location. For those that don’t know, they have a great sized room for small parties. From the moment of planning, to day of the event the staff was beyond incredible in all aspects. The food was abundant and fresh and hot, and delicious. Whatever we needed the staff was on it. The customer service was through the roof. Thank you all for a great night, you made everything so easy! I highly recommend everyone eat at this location, 10/10“

“Absolutely loved this place! The food was great, but honestly, what really stood out to me was the customer service. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.
Gavin especially deserves a shoutout — he was amazing! You can tell when someone genuinely cares about the customers, and Gavin definitely has that quality. He was kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
I also want to recognize Mike, the manager. It’s obvious that great customer service starts from the top because the entire atmosphere felt welcoming and genuine.
There are plenty of places you can go for barbecue, but when you combine good food with ELITE customer service, that’s what makes people want to come back. This place made us feel like guests rather than just customers, and that goes a long way with me.
Gavin, Mike, and the whole team — keep doing what you’re doing! You’ve definitely earned a repeat customer from me. 🙌🏽🔥“

“We celebrated my daughter’s birthday today and the service was excellent! The manager even checked on us a few times and brought out my daughter’s birthday sundae. The food was delicious. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s day special.♥ I highly recommend this location.“
“Ordered 4 breakfast tacos and young lady said it would be about 10 minutes. It was actually 45 Minutes later that we go the food. Tacos were outstanding, I mean really good. But just not worth that wait, especially when you need to get to work. The wait was ridiculous and for that reason I wont be going back.“

“Stopped here on our drive from San Antonio to Dallas for lunch based on AI’s recommendation. It was delicious! Not far off I-35 and great barbecue flavor. Definitely recommend the Dirty Swine tacos! 🌮“
