“Ordered 4 breakfast tacos and young lady said it would be about 10 minutes. It was actually 45 Minutes later that we go the food. Tacos were outstanding, I mean really good. But just not worth that wait, especially when you need to get to work. The wait was ridiculous and for that reason I wont be going back.“

“Another amazing time at Interstellar! The staff was absolutely stellar from knowledge about their products to service. The line was ridiculously long but they had free water available and they sent someone out to explain the menu and specials to everyone waiting! When we got in the door still waiting in line some cut brisket was put into a little bowl and it was passed down to all of us which was above and beyond! Their food is inventive, full of flavor, and so juicy! You can feed a full 4person family on their half platter which is what we got! While we were sitting down we were checked on and chatted with by the employees… we never felt like we weren’t cared about! This was my 2nd time eating at Interstellar and I’m a very picky eater when it comes to Texas BBQ as I had a favorite until it closed but Interstellar has become my new favorite and I tell everyone that questions where to eat or Texas BBQ about Interstellar!! This thing won’t let me post the picture so I’ll try to find a different way to do it!“

Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q looks like a local staple that has been around for a while, and just knows what they are doing. Stop by for some good old-fashioned barbecue... with vinyl tablecloth and all. They have several locations

Everything is BIGGER in TX!! This venue is huge. Parking is not an issue, with numerous spots outside in their private parking lot. Plenty of seating inside and even more room outside in the "patio" area. Sufficient amount of hand washing stations all around the venue with napkin dispensers. There is a condiment station in the middle along with containers to go in case you can't finish your meats. It feels like they thought of everything BBQ related. Staff was friendly and helpful.

“Had lunch today at DST BBQ. Enjoyed the potato salad especially(since I am not a potato salad guy). Ribs were some of the best I have had after sampling over 50 Central Tx BBQ's. Brisket was tender and had delicious bark as did the ribs. Also tasted collard greens, beans and corn. All were worth going back for on another visit. Rico, I will be seeing you again.“

The sausage is link style smoked sausage, they do not have breakfast sausage or bacon, so don't go looking for the more common breakfast taco items. Your choices are link sausage or ham, with egg and potato.

Cash only... Both cost me only $7, so worth it.

Lost one star due to the tortilla (not awesome), and they don't make their own sauce (which is one of my favorite things about BBQ joints... gotta have a good sauce)

Atmosphere is a bit sketch (?)... But hey, It's a barbecue shack with picnic tables... Rustic and homey at best. ?✌?“

“Having grown up mosty in Hawaii I love Hawaiian BBQ. I've tried several places people have told me about just to end up disappointed most of the time I did eventually find a good place but it was in way south Austin and I live in Leander. I was absolutely thrilled when I tried Shoyu Sugar the food was legit and amazing. on top of that Rudy and Malama are genuinely nice and friendly people. “My brother told me they had a turkey pot pie that was pretty good. I ordered that and it was way better than "pretty good." Outstanding flaky pastry lid on the pot pie which was filled with excellent smoked turkey, pieces of potato and green beans. It provided two meals for me. Without prompting, a fellow came by with to-go containers as did a young lady with a bag. They were both extremely pleasant and gracious. I do like their barbecue, but that turkey pot pie is a winner. The customer service is gold standard or whatever is higher.“

“I recently ate at this restaurant two times. First time I got a two meat plate with brisket and turkey, Aunt potato salad and brisket beans. The second time I got pulled pork sandwich and potato salad. And I have to say both times the food was excellent. My dad also really loved the turkey so we'll definitely be back for that again. The only issue that I have generally is they don't give you as much meat as some other local barbecues for about the same price. To be honest, the amount of meat that they gave you was plenty for me. But if you're a big eater, you may be disappointed by the portion sizes here. They generally give a quarter pound but they have rules that state that they cannot give less than that. So usually you'll get a little bit more. But at another barbecue place I ate at nearby I could get about twice as much meat for the same price.

Parking: There really is plenty of parking here, but unfortunately because it's attached to an HEB store, it's generally very very difficult to find open parking spaces, especially up near the front.

Kid-friendliness: They do not have any kids meal I am aware of.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few places up in the front of the parking lot, but it's very very difficult to find Open spaces since this barbecue store is also attached to an HEB store.“

Parking: Parking is a challenge. Do not infringe on the adjacent business; you are subject to having your vehicle towed. Even though Longhorn is located in a shopping mall, their location isolates them from any additional parking.“

“The bartenders are always on point with service, they are funny & very welcoming. They have a good variety of drinks and I just found out they have chilled coffee! I love to go there and play their Firelink games, so much fun! I had an issue with the money machine one time and the owner was just so super sweet and checked it out for me. The place is always clean and smells great! The atmosphere is unbelievably fun with a great variety of music being played on their digital jukebox. There is no food served there anymore, so I cannot leave review on that. Everything else is fantastic!“

“Had to come here once I heard it was Korean-Tex-Mex fusion, some of the most flavorful cuisines out there. The food did not disappoint; the kimchi bowls, the caramelized kimchi, the spicy sauces... all are mouth-watering.

The staff are friendly and nice, despite not always being able to speak English. An extra second of patience to communicate makes for a still-smooth service. (Spanish-speaking practice time!)

My only suggestion would to make the inside a bit more comfortable (seating, A/C balance, more space), but that's not a deal-breaker for me. We usually take it to-go because of this.

“I have a weird affinity for hotel breakfast. The buffet here is a decent spread of super fresh fruits and berries, oatmeal and toppings, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Items are refreshed frequently. There is also a breakfast menu with plates and a la carte items as well. Wait staff were attentive without being obtrusive. We did have a small lurch -- ordered a la carte turkey sausage, but it wasn't available (at 9am). Small matter -- we asked if we could have a plate of the pork sausage from the buffet for the a la carte price (the recipient hadn't ordered the buffet). The coffee was hot and plentiful, with the carafe left at the table as the good Lord intended. If you order juice, they leave the decanter at the table as well. Quiet, pleasant ambience allows a good conversation without having to shout or strain to hear and a humane start to the day.“

“I'll give this 5 stars because the food is amazing - if you order the right combo! Their magic sauce is delicious. The k pop chicken ( I think that's the name) is very good! This is my new fav place. The service is just order at the counter - nothing special there. The atmosphere is just okay. It's pretty small inside and can get pretty busy. The price is spendy but it's sooo good! I don't like their drinks- tastes watered down so I don't recommend those.

Parking: During lunch it can be hard to find a spot to park it's also hard to back out of those spots!“
