My friend and I had a wonderful Saturday brunch with an array of four different types of delicious east coast oysters, a perfectly light lobster ravioli and a delicious crab Louie salad. We also shared some very tasty skinny fries on the side. Our server was terrific too.”

“After exhaustive decision making and a recommendation I decided to visit Tuscano for my birthday dinner. Made a reservation and was a few minutes late(but within the time window) and the staff were very welcoming. We were seating and were delivered by far the best Italian bread I’ve had since moving to Austin. The Burrata Caprese was an excellent starter. Our mains were the Chicken Marsala and Brisket Bolognese. My Marsala was amazing and had an excellent flavor. I did get a bite of the Bolognese, may even give that a go next time. Our waiter extremely friendly and the bus staff were equally attentive. We’ll be back!”

“My husband and I have been to Japan, and we have tried multiple Michelin-starred sushi restaurants there as well as all over the US & Europe. In Austin, we have been to Uchi, Soto, Sushi Moto, Sushi Fever & Tomodachi but Kane has become our go-to sushi restaurant after only trying it once. A 10/10 experience if I’ve ever seen one.

Sushi: We always get omakase when we go here and it is always a revelatory experience. The fish is so quintessentially fresh, it’s actually wild, given that we’re in the Midwest.

Service: The service is perfection, especially for omakase and especially if you’re a regular. Highly recommend!

Atmosphere: One of my favorite parts of Kane is how much it reminded us of sushi restaurants we’ve been to in Japan.

All that to say, we highly recommend Kane.”

“Very tasty and fresh food. We got a large pizza, half tandoori chicken and chili paneer pizza. Excellent flavors and texture of the pizza. We also got curry wings which had great flavor. And a Mexican Coke. The restaurant was very clean and the staff friendly. I asked about gluten free options because I have a family member with Celiac disease, they said they have an allergy/allergen menu and take precautions against cross-contamination.

Dietary restrictions: They have an allergy/allergen menu. Also gluten free and cauliflower crust for the pizza. They said they change gloves and use different knives/pans to avoid cross-contamination.”

“Torchy's is a street taco specialist that started up as a food truck in Austin and has now expanded to over 90 restaurants across the States including this place on Whitestone Blvd. in Cedar Park. They have a fair sized indoor seating area as well as outdoor tables. You can do take-away and delivery as well. Menu features a few not-taco and side items along with their signature list soft tacos that are really good. We had dinner here recently amongst friends, tried 6-7 of their different tacos, let's just say that nobody complained and we gladly finished them all. Torchy's is a neat place that is family friendly and a good spot to meet up with friends. Prices are reasonable, range of taco options good and they seem to know what they are doing in the kitchen. Would gladly eat here again and do take-away for meals at home.”

I will say I had great service at this store, after receiving several undercooked/raw cookies I called and Spoke with Alonso who was great and took care of it. “Went through the drive thru for my visit, went to use a buy one get one concrete coupon I received while at a Round Rock Express game. One concrete was the butter pecan, and the other was the peach. Both were absolutely delicious! Big chunks of peaches, caramel and pecans very present, and the custard, I might never have ice cream again. Definitely can't wait to come back!”

“This location does not have inside seating so I apologize for the food picks in my vehicle. Nonetheless P Terry's never disappoints. Love their burgers fries, cookies, and my favorite surprisingly the grilled chicken burger is truly amazing. The food is fresh Everytime, service is always friendly, P Terry's is in the regular rotation among burger joints. Hard to pick a favorite but this is top 5 fast food burgers.

When we first moved here, the truck and men ran behind. I have big kids, hangry battles were 25 minutes away. Saw their light on, told all the cars we were going there. It's been years, lol... We eat there at least 2 or 3 times a month.
That first night, lol, my young daughter, mad at me as all get out! I made her move, leave her friends and now she's stuck in a restaurant, Not being rude, very polite, just sad. I felt bad for her.
Back home she knew the family that owned the same such local favorite spot. We used to eat what we called, Carne Asada Fries. My daughter used to inhale that dish. When ordering, they didn't have anything like that. I had asked, checking to see if there was another local style of such, but there wasn't. When I asked the young man, he said, "I'll check with my Mom", sure enough, little bit later, here comes the boss, Mom. So kind, oh my goodness.
She talked to my daughter, wipped up a plate that made my daughter smile, and made a real difference.

As we do, lol, we kept returning and asking to order those fries, and then my boys would show up and ask, and then, the Boss, she put Papas Ricas on the menu.
We don't know if it was our nagging, but we like to think it was, lol..
They are so delicious it's not even funny. French fries with the meat you want, we do Carne, and they do the rest.

“I was driving all over Cedar Park and visited forur coffee houses trying to fulfill a large order for my daughter and her soccer team. The first three didn't accept cash, and I was told this is now a "thing". Maybe it's a "thing" here, but it's not a "thing" where I'm from (Colorado) or anywhere else I've been. Needless to say, they lost out on more than just my business. I finally came to Blackrock and realized I should have stopped here to begin with. They were more than happy to take my cash and I was rewarded with an excellent cup of coffee, a great attitude, and stellar service! Unfortunately, the kids ran out of time for breakfast and we didn't get to place that large order with them, but I made sure to let everyone on my kiddo's team and the other teams where they needed to go for their coffee. Disappointed I didn't get to sample the tasty looking food and give a rating, but I'm definitely going to be back on my next trip here to give it a try. I won't be going anywhere else for my coffee and neither should you! Give these guys a shot and you won't be disappointed!”

Honest Mary is a fast-casual kitchen preparing vegetarian, gluten-free and healthy bowls at their two branches in Austin. We stopped by recently and did their Sedona Lime and Med Harissa Bowl, both were freshly prepared and tasted very good. You can also do custom bowls choosing your own proteins, rice/salad base and other food items/sauces. Prices are about right for the food quality and portion sizes served. Seating area is a regular, casual restaurant and bowls are prepared fairly quickly.”
