Service at Thundercloud has declined recently. I ordered online, including a tip, gave them all of my credit card information, and submitted my order. Then, when my wife arrived to pick up the order, we were informed that they were "out of bread." So, they keep my money for a couple of days, but lose me as a longtime customer. Service is critical in a time like this.
My coworker and I come here for lunch sometimes but today the young man who made our food wasn’t acting right. His eyes were all red, he kept forgetting what we said/messing up our sandwiches, and he kept stopping to ask me personal questions. I dont think he was sober, he had to be high or something. It was really uncomfortable. Everyone else there was really nice but I honestly don’t know if I’ll be back because it was an all around uncomfortable experience
