So, they are normally great about things. Today they messed up my wife's order. Wouldn't fix it, and I went in to talk to the manager. She fixed it no problem. Happy customers after leaving again, despite the long line and then the issue. Wife goes to bite in, and the burger was wrong again... Must have had an off day.
The burgers are awsome, the onions taste fresh and in my opinion, a must have. But for the love of God, can they make a new recipe for the fries, it has to be one of the worst fries in the fast food industry. The minute the fries cool down by 2 degrees, it has a stale taste, rivaling a used Amazon cardboard. Other than that, burger is great.
