“Pho was delicious, we also had the crab rangoons which were good as well. Service and atmosphere were both good. Prices are fair compared to other pho places we have been (they have more than just pho as well.) I'll definitely be returning in the future!“

“I’ve found a few Vietnamese options in and around Austin, and so far, Pho Trang Nhi is the best. Yeah, atmosphere is very comfortable and the service was quite good. My wife and I started off with some spring rolls which arrived with a peanut butter paste. Quite delicious! My wife got the everything Pho and I got the round steak and brisket Pho. The broth was delicious, the meat was tender and juicy, but one thing I really appreciate it was a generous amount of sprouts they gave us. It seems a lot of many restaurants tend to cheap out on the amount of sprouts they give you to go with your Pho. We really appreciate it this. The noodles had a wonderful texture to them, and were surprisingly generous as well.

“I ate PHO Bo. Visiting Austin for 3 days and I was looking forward to eating some great BBQ and was let down Austin. However I searched for a great place to dine while I was in Austin and learned about the Le Bleu being an excellent local Vietnamese Cruise. Then I thought that I don’t recall when I had Vietnamese Cruise last. My expectation was high to eat some Pho especially the broth, veggies and beef. I’m not a noodle fan and me personally I want to be filled up by protein, veggies and broth whenever I have Pho. (Disclaimer I have eaten well throughout my visit in Austin and I was just looking for local cuisine that wasn’t glamorous nor expensive.) Le Bleu serving proportion is not to the custom of a cake bowl of Pho. The proportion was excellent, something from your own kitchen; not to be disappointed with. The broth, veggies, beef and even the noodles; yes the noodles was superb. You won’t be disappointed and my gluttony kicked in on having more and ordered Vietnamese coffee and chicken sandwich. You will be disappointed for not trying Le Bleu. No need to add fancy photos to lure you; glamour is overrated. You need to judge the food for yourself especially if you are a residence of Austin or anyone visiting Austin. Your tummy will be satisfied with some great food and drinks.“

“We really enjoyed our meal here a couple of days ago. We both got phơ - the broth is delicious! There's this underlying, gentle umami-sweetness in the rich, savory broth that's more notable here than any other place I've had phơ, and I'm really loving it. I had hot jasmine tea, which is always wonderful. We both really enjoyed the Vietnamese egg rolls, as well - hot, perfectly crispy, and delicious with their fish sauce. My friend also had the broth-poached egg. I can't personally speak to this, because I prefer hard cooked eggs, but my friend took a breath, closed his eyes, and exhaled like he'd had a spiritual journey after eating it. 🤣 That broth really is the key, I think. We also both had taro milk tea, which was delicious. We got some lemongrass pork vermicelli to go, to bring to my mother, who was busy and couldn't come out with us, and she said it was different than the grilled pork vermicelli she usually orders at Vietnamese restaurants, but that it was uniquely tasty for her. Everyone working in here is very sweet. We did wait a little while for the check, but we were not in a hurry and were talking, and they brought it immediately when we asked. They are quick to clear and wipe down tables and the place is very clean. This was a thoroughly enjoyable meal and experience, and we'll certainly be back!“

Their chicken broth is now my favorite in Austin and I love that I can order a large side of it to freeze or just enjoy until I order from them again! The fried spicy tofu is a staple we need to have and munch on it all week when we get home.

The Hot Soy Milk comforts me as I have to leave and not return for months at a time.

The Soy Pudding (large) gives me something to wake up to in the morning the next day.

All the goodies: fresh spring rolls, tofu toast, preserved pork...everything is so good and fresh. I wish we had one or something similar in San Antonio. It would be my weekly ritual.

If you get a chance stop by and get everything. You won't regret a single bite.

“I had a lovely experience eating my meal from Ruby Garden. Me and my family shared the fried rice with tofu and ate it with a side of chili paste and chili oil. It was super tasty and fresh. I don’t always like fried rice especially if it tastes even slightly oxidized or stale… but this was hot, fresh and delicious. I would definitely buy it again and would love to try some different meals from this restaurant, too. Also, my picture doesn’t have much tofu in it because we had already eaten a lot of it! “We go to the other location often and have heard from others, including social media that this location is supposed to be even better. I don't know where they were coming from.This place is so much worse. The waitress was super polite it took a long time to get anything for us.Like she was counting the cost of everything we asked for from napkins to sugar to new drinks. The food was served hot just like I like it but not very great tasting, almost, like the ingredients were old. To the management, i think it's time you up your standards for staff and food quality. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years now - currently live in Austin and will drive up to see my family to justify eating here for dinner. “The food was great! Jalapeño steak, siracha shrimp And the happy family. Butttt little confused because the picture of the happy family has noodles. But mine did not. And that made me a little sad. Because noodles are my jam. So I couldn’t jam tonight. Other than no noodles the quality is amazing for the price.
