Owners are extremely sweet and food is authentic. I grew up in Orange County near Little Saigon. This is the closest experience food wise I can get of Vietnamese cuisine that was similar to that which ate growing up my while life.

Based on the reviews, Pho Ha Noi Cuisine is a hole-in-the-wall spot serving tasty dishes with very nice owners and servers. The beef hot pot is highly recommended; it is sooo good, with a large portion that is plenty for four people. The pho is excellent, with a broth that is clean, flavorful, rich, and not too salty. The eye round beef is generous, and the rare steak pho is super tender. The pho noodles have a perfect chew. The spring rolls are delicious. However, some dishes have more veggies than meat, and the sweet and sour chicken was crispy but dryish. The restaurant can be hot, and the tables, chairs, and floors are a bit sticky. Prices are a tad high. The avocado smoothie was refreshing but could be creamier and sweeter. Service is quick and friendly, and the place is clean and relaxed. The servers don’t really speak English, but the owner does.
