We really enjoyed our meal here a couple of days ago.
We both got phơ - the broth is delicious! There's this underlying, gentle umami-sweetness in the rich, savory broth that's more notable here than any other place I've had phơ, and I'm really loving it.
I had hot jasmine tea, which is always wonderful.

Opened by local friends passionate about sharing the flavors of Vietnam, this spot blends traditional dishes with friendly service and a laid-back atmosphere that makes you want to come back for more
The food was excellent. The waiting time was a bit long, but hopefully that can be improved. What truly made the experience special was our waitress — she was incredibly attentive, always cheerful, made us laugh, and was constantly checking on us. Without a doubt, her service made all the difference and she truly has everything it takes to create a great dining experience.

Noble Phở is a restaurant in Round Rock, not far from the Outlet Mall. The atmosphere is causal and friendly. The restaurant is very clean and the food comes out fairly quick. There is soft contemporary music, and two large screen TVs with sports headlines. The service is friendly, and there is a button to call the servers over. The staff have always made people feel welcome.
The combination pho has a broth that tasted like it was made with real care, rich, comforting, full of depth, and loaded with meat. The oxtail pho is a great portion and tasted very smooth, with a lot of noodles, and very comforting. The garlic chicken wings came out fresh and hot, crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and packed with flavor. The egg rolls came out nice and hot, a great portion, with plenty of meat and vegetables inside. The pork spring rolls are really good. The lemongrass pork banh mi is a great portion with plenty of meat, very tasty, and the pork was so flavorful. The banh mi has pickled carrots, radish, and cucumbers that were delicious and crunchy with a sweet and acidic flavor. The beef pate was packed with flavor, and the sausage and ham were both excellent. Drinks are disappointing due to all but black tea and water already sweetened.
