The food was delicious and portions were very large. Plenty of vegan choices for my daughter. Service was attentive without hovering. Prices were very reasonable for delicious food & large portions. Highly recommend Saigon 512 if you want to explore delicious vietnamese food.
Bún đậu mắm tôm and banh khot are my favorite. I had bún măng vịt the other day, flavor was good but the cabbage was probably chopped in a machine (short and thick). They should find a better way to shred cabbage (long and thin) only leaving this here as a suggestion for owner to improve. Once again the flavor was really good The restaurant is always clean and friendly service.
