Come here if you wish to be ignored and disappointed. Staff acts bothered by our presence even though they had 5 tables. Manager was indifferent about us walking out due to poor service.

I really enjoyed the meal and service. Didn't care to try the jellyfish salad but the Banh Re appetizer was AMAZING and practically a meal for one in itself! Aside from that I tried the rice and shrimp (lots of good sized critters), as well as Kung Pao Shrimp, which was very good but not unique to this restaurant. I'm going to have keep going explore the rest of menu, minus the jellyfish. ?

Took 10 minutes for the server to give us silverware sand water. We ordered 4 items. More than 50 minutes later we are still waiting for one of them.
Saigon 512 truly exceeded our expectations! The restaurant's decoration creates a delightful atmosphere, enhancing the dining experience. Our family of 5 was promptly served with our order of 4 dishes, impressively quick service without compromising quality. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, perfectly tailored to our tastes, leaving us craving more. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, guiding us through their diverse menu and suggesting must-try dishes. With such a wide array of delicious options, we're already planning our return to explore more of Saigon 512's offerings. Without hesitation, we highly recommend this restaurant for an unforgettable dining experience!

The food was delicious and portions were very large. Plenty of vegan choices for my daughter. Service was attentive without hovering. Prices were very reasonable for delicious food & large portions. Highly recommend Saigon 512 if you want to explore delicious vietnamese food.

The employees like to smoke cigarettes in front of Jiu-jitsu school full of kids instead of the other end where there is no store front businesses. Real classy.I know it was SAIGON512 waiter because I was sitting there watching. If you REALLY want to play this game I can come in and point him out. While on the topic. I don't know too many people that wear an apron with a note pad and 5 pens hanging out in front of a kids JJ class, unless they are a waiter and work next door. Maybe he likes little kids instead?
