Lisa is a master of her craft and a true artist! I’ve never had more decadent cupcakes or tastier pies in my life! Baking really is a form of science and chemistry. It’s so hard to perfect and get right. I think she combines passion with knowledge and experience to achieve amazing results. I would recommend Heart of Texas Bakery if you needed something small like a birthday cake or something large scale like a business function or event.
