Torchy's is a street taco specialist that started up as a food truck in Austin and has now expanded to over 90 restaurants across the States including this place on Whitestone Blvd. in Cedar Park. They have a fair sized indoor seating area as well as outdoor tables. You can do take-away and delivery as well.

Good place catch a meal
Not very friendly or inviting. Nobody talked to me, which is fine. I ordered with a computer screen on the counter and they wanted a tip for that, which is weird. Beef fajita taco was flavorless and greasy. For the size of the taco, it would take me 3 to get full. I left unfulfilled. I hear the queso is good.
