H-E-B Reviews
Missing H-E-B where we live now. But great while in the area.
My son lives in Austin. When he comes to visit us in Florida I tell him I have groceries all planned out for us: Warehouse club, Target, Walmart, and this little neighborhood place.
His response- we don’t do all that. We get everything at H-E-B ! ! !
He ain’t wrong.
Carrie in the flower department is amazing!! We came in first thing and she helped us so much! We were looking for specific color and she gave us so many options!
We are from out of town and of course are faithful customers of our H‑E‑B store in back in our hometown but I have say this store is much nicer. So clean with manicured sparkling floors and well stocked shelves. Plus it seems much brighter in this store and they seemed to have more staff to available in the store! No criticisms of my HEB but just saying this is an excellent store to shop in.
H-E-B is a popular local grocery store that offers a pleasant shopping experience. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and fresh produce, including Mayo tortillas and a good seafood selection. Many reviews mention how helpful employees are, often assisting with finding items or helping with the store app to save money. The store also offers a variety of premade salads like roasted chicken, pea salad, carrot, and couscous salad, which many customers enjoy, especially with special discounts on Thursdays. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the rise in prices of these salads and the inability to freeze them, suggesting that the store could improve in this area. Despite occasional issues with customer service, H-E-B remains a top grocery store that serves the community well, providing a well-organized layout and a wide selection of products that encourage shoppers to buy more than just their initial list.
