“We went this last Friday for their Prime Rib Special, we arrived right at 5:00pm and were seated right away. Service was incredibly quick and our server was a fantastic personable woman (whose name I can’t remember 🤦🏻‍♀️). The fresh bread was sooo good, my husband had the Cajun pasta which was sooo delicious! I got the Prime Rib Special, the smoked mashed potatoes were to die for, and the asparagus was perfectly cooked. My prime rib was a little overcooked, which made it a bit tough but was still so yummy and the seasoning on it was top tier. The cheesecake dessert was one of the best desserts I have ever had! It lasted about five seconds at our table. The cocktails and mocktails were also perfect. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back!“

“My best friend and I came in here after our massages and really just wanted some wonderful food therapy afterwards on our girls trip. This place exceeded our expectations by far and was perrrrrfect! “My family stumbled onto Mandola’s ItalianKitchen in Odessa Florida. What a delightful restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was excellent. We were greeted at the door by the manager, Chris. He explained how the restaurant ordering and seating worked. We ordered at the counter, where the young woman patiently took our order, clarifying along the way. The wine selection for the casual environment was impressive. We were given a table number and we found a seat. Immediately someone brought warm focaccia bread and Italian oil to dip it in. Our food arrived at our table surprisingly quick. The portions were huge (luckily we were provided to-go boxes when we were ready to leave) The servers were friendly and professional. The chefs were visible as they prepared the food. Our used dishes were removed promptly as we finished one course after another. Then Chris, the manager who first greeted us, came to our table to ensure that our experience had been not just satisfactory, but excellent. Which it was! We are putting Mandola’s Odessa on our favorite restaurant list for when we return to Tampa. Thank you!“

“Very dim lighting where we were seated, and we were sat at the front with the front door constantly being opened letting the light shine through brightly, not very busy but other than that service was ok, the girl looked new, had to wait on drink fill ups a couple times, food tasted the same like most Olive Gardens flavors except the Zuppa Touscana tasted cold and very watered down. Other than that it was an ok experience.“

“I took the family for dinner on a Saturday night and the restaurant was packed. (It makes sense because Olive Garden classic dishes are always a hit for any household.) The front wait staff did their best but our 15min wait became over an hour due to some miscommunication and mix-up. The manager Chris came over to help us after realizing the tough situation and took very good care of us. He was compassionate, respectful, and super helpful and made a priority to get us seated at our table right away. I really appreciated his understanding and extra efforts to make sure we got everything we needed. Our waitress was Lindsay and she was also the best. She apologized for the long wait and did everything she could to make us feel welcome. She took our orders perfectly and kept checking in on us to make sure we were ok. I was very impressed with the customer service at Olive Garden, and the way they tried extra hard to make up for the small mix-up in the beginning. Despite it being a super busy weekend night, Olive Garden treated us like family and made us feel like valued guests. I definitely recommend this restaurant :)“

“5 stars bc i like the shoes, that being said the store is a bit small and was closed for an hour in the middle of the day i guess bc they were remodelling. Funny to read the 1 star reviews for this place. Are we rating shoes or customer service i mean, in this case for a pair of $700+ dollar shoes. As long as they are open and have the size i am looking for I am happy.“

“My friend and I came in around 1:30 PM and were sat immediately. The food was incredible and filling per usual. The best part of the experience was our server, Sam. She came with drink refills ready, never let our breadsticks/salad get low, and made great casual conversation. It’s rare to have a great service experience these days, so it was refreshing to have Sam. We would come back again and ask to sit in her section.“

I wanted to contact the manager to let him know we accidentally packed up one of their pizza pans when I was sliding my mom's leftovers into the box. Just noticed today. I will bring it back ASAP. Sorry for that; we've been kind of out of it lately. But that was really good pizza, even for Marcos. We feel lucky to have such a nice pizza chain. I stopped in for a quick bite amidst a shopping spree, and oh, am I glad I did! I decided on the chicken Stromboli, and let me tell you, it was fantastico! The crust was perfectly golden and crispy, yielding to a wonderfully savory filling of tender chicken, melted mozzarella, and just the right touch of herbs. Every bite was a little piece of Italian heaven – truly outstanding! But it wasn't just the incredible food that made this experience so memorable. The owner himself was serving, and his warmth and genuine pride in his establishment shone through. He was so kind, taking my order with a smile and ensuring everything was just right.
