We love little caesars but this location has gone down hill! The service is horrible & employees don't seem to care. Today was what pushed me to write a review. I placed my order thru the portal at 5:41pm and was told it would be ready 6:09-6:14pm. We got there, never received a push notification thru the app or an email saying my order was ready. Very highly unimpressed by the manager on duty. I placed an online order at 4:14PM for pick up at 4:36PM. I go in there st 4:45PM to pick it up. They didn't even start my order and said they were out of dough at that time, yet they were taking other people's orders that were walk ins, and not ordered ahead...they said I had to wait another 20 minutes. They did me more than right! We weren't able to make lunch today and our last job was dropping a couple of trees in the parking lot nearby this Little Caesars. A couple of the guys and I were incredibly hungry (we just couldn't take it anymore) so we stopped by this Little Caesars. We got a "hot and ready" and it was amazing, the guy behind the counter even offered us a couple of free Waters.
