“We went this last Friday for their Prime Rib Special, we arrived right at 5:00pm and were seated right away. Service was incredibly quick and our server was a fantastic personable woman (whose name I can’t remember 🤦🏻‍♀️). The fresh bread was sooo good, my husband had the Cajun pasta which was sooo delicious! I got the Prime Rib Special, the smoked mashed potatoes were to die for, and the asparagus was perfectly cooked. My prime rib was a little overcooked, which made it a bit tough but was still so yummy and the seasoning on it was top tier. The cheesecake dessert was one of the best desserts I have ever had! It lasted about five seconds at our table. The cocktails and mocktails were also perfect. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back!“

“We are pizza picky. And we Live in Jonestown/Lago. So our options are Mr.ghattis and dominoes. And we've tried to door dash a few places. Everything has been ok. Mr. Ghattis was out favorite. Then my husband had a jobsite off cypress and asked me to try Jett's pizza. OMG. we don't order from anywhere else now. And if wr go to a restaurant with pizza we discuss not getting pizza so we can order jets at some poiny during the week. Absolutely blown away. It is more expensive but more than worth it. We get a bottle of ranch everytime we order.“

“I go to Domino's to pick up my pizza order and took a $100 with me to pay for a $35.04 bill. They tell me they dont take $100. Thats stupid but I just go to the next store and bought diet cokes and come back to get my pizza. I gave the guy two $20 bills for the $35.04 order. He proceeds to hand me back $24 dollars in change. Thats when I understood why they cant take a $100. No I didnt keep the extra change. The young female manager needs MAJOR help in customer service.“

“What a fabulous venue with Whitestone brewery! Not only was the service from ordering and to wherever cooked fantastic, but the owners Jerry & Kenny were very hospitable. “My family stumbled onto Mandola’s ItalianKitchen in Odessa Florida. What a delightful restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was excellent. We were greeted at the door by the manager, Chris. He explained how the restaurant ordering and seating worked. We ordered at the counter, where the young woman patiently took our order, clarifying along the way. The wine selection for the casual environment was impressive. We were given a table number and we found a seat. Immediately someone brought warm focaccia bread and Italian oil to dip it in. Our food arrived at our table surprisingly quick. The portions were huge (luckily we were provided to-go boxes when we were ready to leave) The servers were friendly and professional. The chefs were visible as they prepared the food. Our used dishes were removed promptly as we finished one course after another. Then Chris, the manager who first greeted us, came to our table to ensure that our experience had been not just satisfactory, but excellent. Which it was! We are putting Mandola’s Odessa on our favorite restaurant list for when we return to Tampa. Thank you!“

“Yesterday I ordered two pizzas, one of them was the pizza my wife would have some slices. During my ordering I was also taking care of another task, so I forgot to call Domino's and let them know about my wife's severe allergy to mushrooms. I went to pick the pizzas up and something told me to look at the pizzas. And one mushroom was on one of the pieces. After explaining everything to food rep, they kindly re- made the pizza. Everyone was so nice and empathetic. Thanks for understanding.“

“This location took such great care of us! We had a very large order for our church workday and they had it out less than 17 minutes after ordering. They were very kind and friendly, and George even helped me carry all of the boxes to my car! Would definitely recommend this location!“
