Three times PHP has served me up a delicious pizza alternative, bless them.Today, though, the pizza wasn’t great (same order I’ve made three times before), but their customer service was excellent. To explain, I ordered take out and upon arriving home found the crust an over cooked cracker and the cheese a paper thin coating on this cracker. When I called to complain they couldn’t have been any nicer or more apologetic. They refunded my money and apologized some more.The moral of the story is everybody makes a mistake now and then and PHP knows how to make it right.“

The service was very quick for arriving around 7:15pm (busy time).I was with a friend and we ordered a cheese bread, meatball, and cashville hot pizza.Every item came out at once, which isn’t the best thing when having several courses. This can be worked on!The cheese bread, in full honesty, was really not good. It had a béchamel sauce that was not good in taste or flavor. The quantity of this sauce was so large that each bite only tasted of this. I wouldn’t recommend.The meatballs were amazing! Thick and moist, the sauce was amazing in flavor too. Loved these so much!The Cashville pizza was good! It was spicy, and the sauce on it was tasty and unique. Loved this, but I do have a couple critiques. The pizza was super greasy. Some awesome things they do: they offer $20 for the month. they offer 21+ only at 8pm. they offer select-your-own flights of ciders they have tables for drinks near some games. The rolls they use to make the subs are fresh and monstrous- it’s not a budget sub, but unlike other joints charging similar prices, a large footlong here seems like it would be more than satisfying for even above-average appetites. I had been a few times years ago and they’ve still got it. I’ll be back to try the pastrami after a month or more of cardio.
