“I will never go into this Popeye’s location ever again. Disgusting, dirty, horrible service inside. Most of the people in there were either on drugs or insane. Half the sodas were out, no lids. All they care about is the drive-thru, no desire to take care of things in the dining area. I tried to find some water to clean the mess & dried catsup off my table, but there was some homeless guy in the bathroom with his dog (yes, dog in the restaurant). So I tried to get water from the soda fountain, but water wasn’t dispensing. Line of people 10 deep, no one taking orders in front. People were getting rude and irritated. One guy got kinda hostile and mouthy. It took 30mins to get my order...and I had to ask them for it. My mashed potatoes were not warm, but the chicken sandwich was awesome.“

“Visiting from Auburn, Alabama and decided to check out Love Supreme. The manager gave us a run down of the menu. They have an experienced chef who makes everything in-house. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came with a side of homemade ranch that was amazing. The food came out hot and in a timely. The manager checked on us to make sure we had a great experience. There is only ONE Love Supreme, so if you are in Austin, Texas, we highly recommend checking it out. You will not be disappointed.“

Today I tried to order a delivery thru Uber Eats but the driver kept delaying my order. I went in the restaurant myself and Christian tried all his best to help me, like contacting Uber. I eventually got my food thank to Christian. Will come back next time dine in, never order at Uber Eats again.“

“I don't know why I like Popeyes so much, but I regularly eat 3-5 chicken tenders with Mardis Gras Mustard.
Service is always slow. They do one car at a time in the drive thru and ignore me when I walk inside to the counter. I always order on the app ahead, but plan on waiting 10-15 minutes for someone to hand me the food that was already made.
This isn't exclusive to this location, so I assume it's part of their standard operating procedures to be generally inefficient.
I'm going to continue to eat here regularly, but I know what to expect when it comes to the service.“

“thought this place was going to be like some other chicken places with weird flavors, but was completely shocked at the Garlic Parmesan wings, people complain about the wait but every single time i come in here they usually give a pretty good estimate on the wait, id rather it be made fresh than it sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long.“
