The experience was a complete 180 from what we encountered at from their competition. “I ordered a pizza for a Friday afternoon and I ended up having my vehicle overheat on the way, and it just gave out. I had to have a tow truck pick me up. After being given an almost 1.5 hrs wait time, I called Dominos, told them I was late for my pick up order, and explained the situation. I asked if I could have it delivered to my house instead (which is not the Dominos close to my house) because my kids were waiting, and hungry, and they were more than happy to help! They even offered to remake the pizzas, so they would arrive fresh! They understandably charged a delivery fee, and were able to get the pizzas to my kids. I will always be appreciative of their empathy and outstanding customer service. This is by far the best Dominos I've ever ordered from, and I will be a loyal customer.“
