“UPDATE: On 06.23.26, the manager reached out and rectified the situation and explained that after watching cameras, it was noted that the delivery driver only picked up one of the two bags that were part of our order.

On 06.22.26, we place an order for their 20/20 deal through their website. This deal was supposed to come with 20 bone- in and 20 boneless, along with a side. We had placed this order for delivery, again, through their website, when the food arrived, we were missing the 20 boneless wings.
When we called up to the store to let the location know, the person answering the phone told us we would have had to go through DoorDash or UberEats stating there was no way that we ordered through their website. When I asked to speak to the manager, she stated that there was no manager on site and repeated in order to get a refund I would have to go through DoorDash or UberEats. Again, I placed the order through their website, not DoorDash or UberEats.
Unfortunately, I am having to leave an online review as their website is currently unavailable. This is disheartening as I simply wanted my correct order or a refund. Hopefully someone sees us and we can process the refund.“

“Georgetown store review: First, I don't love pizza. I spent 2 years in my 20s eating it 3 times a week and had my fill. So I don't love it. Which is why me leaving a 5-star review for pizza carries extra weight. We've ordered from here 3 times in about 3 months. Every time the pizza has been hot and fresh and, most importantly for me, loaded with toppings which are evenly distributed over the surface of the pie. No piles of 1 topping in 1 spot, nope. This pizza looks like it's carefully assembled by someone who's going to eat it themselves. What more could you want? Third, 5 stars for service since tonight we asked them to cut it in pie shape and they got that wrong and owned up to it before leaving the store. Gotta love that!
