“Whitestone Brewery in Liberty Hill is the best place to visit in this town, PERIOD. They have excellent beer and rotating food trucks. Plenty of seating, TV’s, bar space, and video games! When I went they even opened up the patio door to create an indoor/outdoor experience. The brewery has comedy nights and live music so make sure to keep up w/ their social media!”

“We have been here 4-5 times on the weekend now despite being very busy, food was quick, correct & very tasty. Service was good. The first visit service was outstanding. We had the "Don't mess with TX", steak & eggs, bacon, sausage & blueberry sausage. Shrimp & grits was amazing! Coffee was pretty good. Not the best iced tea but ok. Even had a live band on Saturday morning. We will be coming here often.”

We didn’t know where to hit for lunch and my better half had the idea of trying out old town Liberty Hill. The area is cool overall and luckily we picked Hell or High Water to eat.

The drinks are top notch, the food puts any gastro pub I’ve visited in Austin to shame, and the staff was so welcoming. Plus the interior has been entirely renovated and looks awesome.

I don’t care if you live in San Antonio, you need to make a trip here for some epic food.

Lastly, any restaurant brewery that posts a sign like this has to be epic, right?

“First time visiting this great place. Impressed with how smooth and clean clean the vodka is. The honey pepper whiskey was smooth and sweet. The owners are wonderful and friendly. The brewery had a nice selection with my favorite being Island Time which was a light and crisp medium bodied brew. Lovely place to spend an afternoon.”

“Recently moved to Liberty Hill, so been trying to find a good little taco spot. I read the reviews and decided to come by. At first, I was not sure because I have not had tacos from a gas station restaurant. Nonetheless I gave it a shot and I must say 10/10 would recommend. Tried a few different tacos and all were excellent. The green salsa is perfect. Not too spicy but not bland either . Also, the horchata was fire ?definitely will be coming back in the future.”

The owner and team have done an excellent job making this a top notch place. Great place for kids to run around and play on the playscape, our daughter loves it and always meets new kids. “We’ve been eating at Happy Wok for about a year. We’ve never had a bad meal. Both of my adult children and their families eat there as well. The staff is friendly and prompt. The food is plentiful and served fresh. We’ve also gone out of our comfort zone and tried many of the dishes. Again, never had something that didn’t taste great! The prices are very reasonable and their new location is large enough for families to comfortably eat inside. You are in for a treat if you try his place!”
