My chicken fried steak with jalapeno cream gravy was tasty, but the cube steak needed to be marinated or otherwise tenderized as it was a bit chewy.
The masked potatoes and steamed broccoli were up to par, but nothing special.
If I could give Dahlia Cafe 4.5 stars I would, but it wasn't a five-star meal, so we've got to round down to four stars.

This place is one of those hidden gems.
We went to watch a band played during brunch on Sunday. It was lovely. We ordered breakfast items and the large chicken fried steak. Everything came out fresh and my whole family enjoyed it all.
I do wish the seating was closer to the band and it would be nice if there was a place to dance.
