“There were 7 of us, we each ordered something different. Most of it was good. Waitress did get one order wrong. Ordered chicken fried steak, received chicken fried chicken, but ate it and didn't complain. A small very busy eating establishment. I ordered the Citrus Shrimp Salad with lemon-herb dressing, WOW it was delicious.”

“Was randomly searching for a breakfast spot and stumbled upon this amazing place. The food truly feels homemade and authentic. Ordered the ghee roast dosa—super crispy and flavorful. The idly was incredibly soft and literally melted in the mouth. The uthapam was good as well, nicely cooked with great taste. Definitely a place I’d come back to for a comforting South Indian breakfast!”

“Best BBQ I’ve had in AGES. I grew up here and now live in the Midwest. I was visiting my parents and wanted some legit BBQ, the kind I grew up with - not hipsterized. I cannot recommend Tejano Cookers enough. The sliced brisket was unbelievably good. Awesome, friendly service. No pretense. I will come back every time I’m down here. It’s a treat to look forward to. If you’re a BBQ lover who lives nearby, support this place every time you have a chance! It’s a gem!!!!”
