Horrible customer service, especially by the manager Amber. We bought a $50 gift card for my father-in-law that Amber said required it to be picked up. Amber stated to my husband that the gift card would be able to be picked up behind the bar. When my father-in-law went to pick it up, they said it was already picked up. So, they evidently lied and an employee stole it or they gave our gift card to some random person as apparently they didn’t check the ID.
