“Yesterday, 10/4/23, I went to this location and went through the drive thru. The person about to take my order asked me how I was, and I asked her the same. Come to find out, no one all day had asked her how she was, which is sad, but then made her day that I asked. At the window, she said, "my favorite customer,' which made my day better since I just lost my mom a few days ago and just that statement made my heart happy. I told her that and that I was just surviving. Her name is Shannon, then the barista (not sure her name) that made my drink wrote on my cup, "Have a blessed day" on one side and on the other she wrote, "Thank you for making Mama Shannon's day better!" After I told her about my mom passing, we held hands and I cried. I am thankful for the kindness. Shannon was the epitome of it. Thank you Shannon!“
“I frequent Matinee for the almond milk latte - Adam is highly skilled and uses quality ingredients. It’s apparent, as Matinee! is one of the few places I feel I actually just enjoy the taste of the coffee without adding syrup etc (though the homemade syrups are all amazing too)! This has become my go-to for a weekly (sometimes daily) pick me up. It’s obvious Adam also takes great care to talk with customers, provide recommendations, and overall great customer service. The whole family likes it so much, we were able to get passed Adam rooting for the Florida Gators ?Dietary restrictions: He uses high quality substitutes for those who are dairy free“

“So grateful they added sound barriers to the ceiling. It used to be so noisy there! Service was great as was the food. They accommodate my gluten issue as always. We had a bit of a wait, but it was acceptable for the time of day. We totally recommend.“
“The tea here is amazing and it has replaced Starbucks for me. I love that you can sample tea when you go inside and find your perfect mix. I also really love that they come up with tasty combinations that end up being a new flavor, like apple pie and cotton candy! The best part about this place is that they have a great happy hour(s) from 2pm-4pm. If you do go inside, the place is laid out well and has a variety of items you can buy, including water bottles, shirts, snacks, and more. There are several employees here who are really friendly and one that is notably very efficient at the window when he is there.“

“This is a good boba shop, I don’t they have many other food options other than teas and coffees. I got Taro and black milk tea with bobas. Both taro and black milk tea were good, but boba could be little softer (I kind of felt boba little harder when compared to my favorite boba tea place from DC “Gong Cha”).These days everything seems to be pricy and I ordered 4 large teas with boba and it costed around $29 and change with taxes.“
“OBSESSED. We LOVE this place. The service is always friendly, knowledgeable and quick. There's a good amount of seating and we can usually find a spot on a weekend afternoon. The milk teas are so good. Our favorite is the winter melon milk green tea (so refreshing) and the roasted chestnut milk tea. (The roasted chestnut is seasonal, but it's phenomenal. There are tiny roasted nut pieces at the bottom of the drink.)The Thai milk tea is also very good, but it tastes like chai to me, I can taste much difference. Highly recommend.“

It did take awhile but you can tell they’re making it from scratch so it was well worth the wait. Service was great too. My Pops is from Bohemia and what a treat for Father's day; his favorite childhood goodie my grandmother used to make for him. Thank you guys for helping me create a great Father's day for my Pop. With Gold Belly these came very fresh and supported. The box said "extremely urgent". Thank you again!! We just received them and we are enjoying many, the apple hasn't been opened just yet, but we'll tear into them. Let's say it took him back 80+ years. ❤️“
“This is still a great place in our community of North Cedar Park and south Leander,. Originally opened as Super Donuts and now Grand donuts. The people who run this business have not slacked off over the years. They are still some of the very nicest business owners in our area. The cleanliness is still outstanding and surgery could be performed in their kitchen. While I probably shouldn't be eating a lot of donuts at my age, I still can't resist the occasional visit. I'm not sure what I enjoy more; Is it the donut or the friendly greeting ? My last visit was for a jumbo Kolache and like every other offering, it was delicious.“
