When waiting in line to order a customer was trying to redeem a deal that was labeled on the merchandise shelf for 30% off when he turned around to look at it an employee named Zoey mouthed “Oh my god” to her co worker with an annoyed face. I didn't like the pistachio frappe nearly as much as I liked the caramel ribbon frappe. I like pistachio but I've never been a fan of pistachio ice cream, so that may be what went wrong. I still drank the whole thing and it was a refreshing drink to have on a shopping break.

I ordered online in the line because it was long. Lacy was quick to make my drink had it out in 5 minutes. Lacy was the only employee who was doing everything taking orders, making drinks, food items with a positive attitude. Lacy explained how she was the only worker and she was doing her best she could.
