I ordered online in the line because it was long. Lacy was quick to make my drink had it out in 5 minutes. Lacy was the only employee who was doing everything taking orders, making drinks, food items with a positive attitude. Lacy explained how she was the only worker and she was doing her best she could. Find a policy or crew who don’t call out to put stress on the other employees and long wait time. The other crew member was hardly to be seen. The store is dirty and needs someone to step aside and clean it. No water to drink, straw wrappers all over the counter, paper towels soaking up a coffee spill. Guests were waiting 5-10 minutes in line. Give Lacy help don’t let a good employee struggle by herself. She needed support this day. 1/29/2024 2:45 pm.After letting Lacy know I found the lobby dirty she spent time cleaning it up. Huge shout out to Lacy!

I am a repeat Starbucks customer and I never go anywhere else for my coffee. We stopped at this location while shopping at the Roundrock Outlets and it was not a very good experience. As soon as I walked in, it smelled rancid. It smelled like milk was left out for weeks. I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato which is my usual and it was so bitter. Will be hesitant about using this location again.

Overall service of this place was awful,my coffee tasted like it had food in it. Then the barista was like what you want me to do about it...after I told her the coffee didn't taste right. After the 2nd time it was still gross,I got the coffee and left. Put it in the trash

When waiting in line to order a customer was trying to redeem a deal that was labeled on the merchandise shelf for 30% off when he turned around to look at it an employee named Zoey mouthed “Oh my god” to her co worker with an annoyed face. It seemed very unprofessional and unnecessary. When it became my turn to order she was not very corporative with my order. Then while waiting to pick up my order she proceeded to throw an order (not mine) onto the counter instead of placing it gently.
