The tea here is amazing and it has replaced Starbucks for me. I love that you can sample tea when you go inside and find your perfect mix. I also really love that they come up with tasty combinations that end up being a new flavor, like apple pie and cotton candy! I wish I could give them six stars. I love HTeaO. The staff, while young, are always pleasant, attentive and helpful. I love that you can try all the teas and combinations. I wish they had one or two herbal or fruit teas. I think if anything that is the hole in their products. I also really like their cheese chips but they are rarely in stock. :-( but even with these things they still remain my favorite drink location. Several different kinds of tea you can sample from to find what you really want. Drive thru was running very smooth, too. Staff were very friendly even with the rush they had going.
