Drove 30 minutes to this location to get horchata iced coffee only to discover they don’t serve coffee products. It’s on the online menu. AND I called before to see if they have it because this isn’t the first HTeaO I’ve driven to looking for this. But, they couldn’t bother to answer their phone. So I had to drive there. I give up with these places and I give up trying to find horchata iced coffee. Sigh. And maybe make it clearer on your menus that not all the amazing drinks shown are actually sold anywhere on this planet.

We absolutely love this place but tonight was a little ridiculous. My wife pulled up behind someone that was at the window and waited. She then pulled up to the window to order and they told her "sorry we're closed... my wife got to the window at 8:06 pm!! Sadly disappointed...

I’m here every other day for tea & ice! Highly recommend this to anyone that has a soft spot for sweet/unsweetened tea with many flavor options! Healthy snacks also available!!

Ordered a gallon of tea. By the next morning it was completely sour and so bad we had to pour it out. It was obviously not fresh when it was sold to us. Total waste of money and unacceptable seeing as how they specialize in tea.

This is a place for just tea. Not boba tea. Not British tea. Plain 'ol American iced tea. But it's not just limited to sweet or unsweet tea, there are a variety of flavors and mixes that can satisfy any palate. For example, during the summer I get a half unsweet tea mixed with coconut flavored tea and squeeze a couple of limes for a refreshing island-style refreshment. During the fall I'll get their peach cobbler flavored tea with hints of cinnamon and spice reminiscent of falling leaves and cooler weather. You can go through the drive-thru or step out your car and walk inside, either way the service is friendly. They do have some snacks for sale as well as bottled water distilled on premises and some Yeti coolers, too. You can get your tea in a variety of cup sizes, and you can buy 1/2 to full gallon containers of tea to take home. I will say that their tea is made with distilled or purified water, so it'll not only taste better but if you take home a gallon it'll stay fresh longer than those made with tap water.

The tea is good. Although sometimes the sweet teas aren't that sweet. I got the half and half of raspberry and blueberry which I actually really like. I happened to order fruit topping today and found it strange how they gave it in a separate container which literally was three slices of strawberries. That was definitely not worth my 75 cents. I was expecting them to put a nice scoop of berries inside my drink, not on the side for me to put it in myself. With that they didn't fill my drink all the way, not sure if that was space for my 3 strawberries. Service is good though, the teens are nice and friendly.

Liliana was so helpful and always brings a good vibe. Including the rest of the staff every time I come in.
