We've been frequenting chili's locations for years, they have a great menu, great prices. We recently moved to the cedar park area and tried out this location for the first time. To be honest I would say this location was understaffed as the entire bar area was manned by two people, one of which was the bartender. Cade, our waiter was awesome. WORST ATTITUDE, SERVICE AND FOOD EVER! I just overpaid for absolutely insulting service after waiting for 55 minutes for a to-go order (there weren't many customers there at 7:15 PM), only to get the food home and find it was missing the main part of my entree, and the corn on the cob was literally burnt. Very upset.My order was lost.It took an hour and 45 mins .The manager was too busy to come explain.Turns out it was Jessica the manager who took our order in the first place and the food was rubbery as it was under the heat lamp for a long time. Very Very upset.Covid had nothing to do with 5 mins to say sorry
