Slowest Starbucks in the area. Always a long line in drive thru. Workers do not look motivated to move fast to get the line moving. Feel like an inconvenience for majority of the workers when interacting with them. Such a shame. I have to go out of my way to a better/faster location.
Despite this Starbucks saying they are currently open, and their website saying they are open, and despite the fact I was in the drive through line before 4 and waited 20 minutes in line I was not able to order because now apparently they close at 4. They had signs posted on their door which are useless because we are only using the drive through at this time. Extremely disappointed in this Starbucks.

This specific location has not had cold brew at least 3 different times, all at different times of the day. Cold brew is the only thing I like at Starbucks, so i get to sit 10+ minutes through drive through for nothing. 3 stars because staff is apologetic and friendly.
