“We came to Austin from Houston with my family for the day and found this cafe while exploring the city. Honestly, I’m really glad we stopped here.
The place has such a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Everything we tried was really good, the service was friendly, and we just felt comfortable sitting here and taking a break after walking around Austin. Even my family really enjoyed the place.

We don’t live in Austin, so unfortunately we can’t come here often, but this is definitely one of those places I’ll remember and come back to next time we’re in town.

“A great spot in Lakeway. There aren’t many places in the area that have really stood out to me, but I loved my experience at MorninGlory. They have a solid menu, and I appreciated that they offer coconut milk since it’s hard to find at restaurants. I had the avocado toast, and it was delicious. I’d definitely recommend coming here for coffee, pastries, or brunch. It’s also very baby-friendly!“

The person working the window made absolutely no effort whatsoever to connect with me and it totally invalidates all the hard work other partners are doing.connecting with customer is what the job is all about.“

“This Starbucks has been a consistently reliable stop for us over the years whenever we are visiting the Lake Travis or Austin area and staying in Lakeway. No matter how many times we come through, the experience stays the same, which is something we really appreciate. The team does a great job making drinks accurately, even with more customized orders.

We ordered a green tea with light ice and four pumps of classic syrup, along with a strawberry acai with light ice and no strawberries, and both were made exactly as requested. It makes a difference when details like that are followed, especially with repeat visits. The drinks always taste balanced and refreshing, and the consistency keeps us coming back.

Advice: If you like customizing your drinks, this is a great location to do it since they pay attention to details and get it right. Don’t hesitate to adjust sweetness or ingredients to fit your taste. And, leave a tip. Great team!“

“I was on my way to Wimberley and decided to stop here to work for a couple of hours and boy am I glad I did.

First off the servers were super friendly and efficient and I met a Japanese server which was fun because I speak Japanese, so we conversed for a little bit. I had the artichoke and spinach salad, which was highly tasty.

The the atmosphere was quiet enough to work, which was pleasant. The seats were comfortable, and I would make a half an hour trip from Austin just to go there another time.“

I order invader coffee every year and usually have a great experience. their coffee is great, and always look forward to it around the holidays. I love to support a small business, despite the very high shipping cost.

my most recent order was for 2 bags of coffee, one bad santa and one jolly java on 11/28. I asked for any samples and/or stickers also.

on 12/5 I got an email that my jolly java was being refunded. no reason why. I promptly emailed back asking for it to be replaced with ANY other holiday coffee, as I was going to give it as a gift this year. with shipping prices so high I wanted to get 2 bags. no response.

I got my one bag of coffee on 12/9, and a receipt that said bad santa, “STICKERS”, and jolly java. jolly java was crossed off. no stickers and no christmas coffee for my family member, and most importantly NO RESPONSE or explanation.

it’s been good doing business with them, but this put a bad taste in my mouth and I’ll be on the hunt for a different holiday coffee.

4 stars because the coffee and stickers the past few years have been awesome. happy holidays“

“The Market & Cafe at Plate Review

A new coffee shop in the neighborhood, opened as an extension of an already well-established restaurant in the same building. The design is unique and upscale, with chandeliers that give off a luxurious feel.

We ordered specialty coffee drinks—Matcha Pistachio and Rose Latte. As expected, they were on the sweeter side due to the syrups, but still well-balanced and enjoyable. There’s also a large selection of pastries, and a display fridge filled with beautifully presented cakes, including what seems to be their signature German Chocolate Cupcake.

One intriguing feature is the cooking station right at the bar, possibly for crepes or other made-to-order items. It would be interesting to see it in action.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the overall atmosphere made for an enjoyable visit. We’ll definitely be back—both to explore more of the café and to try the restaurant that shares the space. Looking forward to it!“

“Lined up early this morning for this grand opening. My first time trying Summer Moon! So happy they opened in my neighbourhood and I can walk there!!! I had an iced whisper moon and it was great!! Will definitely go back.“

“Summer Moon is the best. There’s something about that wood-fired roast that hits different—it’s smooth, smoky, and lacks that 'burnt' bitterness from that other place where I used to be a barista.

But the real star? The Moon Milk. It’s sweet, creamy, and I’m pretty sure it’s made of liquid happiness. I don't know what level of sweetness you prefer (I'm a half moon kinda guy) but your taste buds deserve this experience. I’m not saying Summer Moon is a cult, but if it were, I’d definitely consider joining for a lifetime supply of Moon Milk.

“The wonderful employees at this location took care of my daughter and her three small children after they were in an accident early this morning. They gave each crying toddler banana bread, fruit and milk and encouraging words for their shaken mother.
