“The Valentine’s Day brunch box was pure genius! What a great option for those that would like to have brunch at home or out at the park. Everything was delicious as per usual but this time I was inclined to write a review because I feel like a brunch box should be on their menu every weekend! I posted it on social media and received so many comments about how good it looked and honestly I don’t know many restaurants that have this as an option so it would be a great niche for MorninGlory!“

“The person at the front seemed visibly miserable and appeared annoyed when I clarified that I wanted the beverage to go. I apologize for not specifying that upfront — as it was my first time there, I wasn’t aware that beverages are made for here by default.
It may be helpful for the front-end employee to ask whether the order is for here or to go to avoid confusion. A little more personability — or at least not appearing irritated — would also go a long way.
As a former barista, I completely understand how frustrating it can be when communication isn’t clear between coworkers. However, I would never act inconvenienced or frustrated toward a customer, especially over something that may not have even been asked at the register.“
