“We're vacationing here and my wife ordered coffee and I got the wrong size so the barista was so kind to remake for me free of charge.
Day 2 my wife sends me again to pick up her order, she ordered through the app and placed it at the wrong location. The barista was so nice to quickly make the order for me free of charge for the second time.
We truly appreciate the kindness“

“Stopped here on my way to Austin for a drink. Got a Rose Vanilla Matcha and oh my goodness it was so amazing !!! Probably the best matcha I have ever had. Had a chat with the owner as well, super friendly guy! He also makes the syrups in house (and you can tell 100000/10). I would drive up here again just for this!“

“I visit Petalia almost every morning for my favorite Mocha Latte extra hot! The baristas are SO sweet and Friendly! I would highly recommend Petalia and I don’t have to wait in any long lines to get my delicious coffee in the morning! 🥰♥️🙌🏼☕️☀️“

“The person at the front seemed visibly miserable and appeared annoyed when I clarified that I wanted the beverage to go. I apologize for not specifying that upfront — as it was my first time there, I wasn’t aware that beverages are made for here by default.
It may be helpful for the front-end employee to ask whether the order is for here or to go to avoid confusion. A little more personability — or at least not appearing irritated — would also go a long way.
As a former barista, I completely understand how frustrating it can be when communication isn’t clear between coworkers. However, I would never act inconvenienced or frustrated toward a customer, especially over something that may not have even been asked at the register.“

“A legit coffee shop in Steiner that's family owned and ran and pure high quality beans for fair prices unlike that chain with burnt coffee. Clay is awesome and extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. Will absolutely be returning!“
“The coffee is secondary to the people who work there. They are very friendly and accommodating. Next to the coffee. I got the hot honey macadamia nut this morning with whipped cream in natural sugar on top. I am not a coffee drinker but I could get addicted to this stuff. Keep up the good work PJs!“

I order invader coffee every year and usually have a great experience. their coffee is great, and always look forward to it around the holidays. I love to support a small business, despite the very high shipping cost.
my most recent order was for 2 bags of coffee, one bad santa and one jolly java on 11/28. I asked for any samples and/or stickers also.
on 12/5 I got an email that my jolly java was being refunded. no reason why. I promptly emailed back asking for it to be replaced with ANY other holiday coffee, as I was going to give it as a gift this year. with shipping prices so high I wanted to get 2 bags. no response.
I got my one bag of coffee on 12/9, and a receipt that said bad santa, “STICKERS”, and jolly java. jolly java was crossed off. no stickers and no christmas coffee for my family member, and most importantly NO RESPONSE or explanation.
it’s been good doing business with them, but this put a bad taste in my mouth and I’ll be on the hunt for a different holiday coffee.
4 stars because the coffee and stickers the past few years have been awesome. happy holidays“

“I love Winstons. I have been going since it has opened 2 years ago, and the food is amazing, and so is the customer service. The cashier always has such a big smile on her face. I love the new barn addition, the landscape is absolutely beautiful, it's so great for kids and adults! Im so glad they have opened a 2nd location, more reason for me to stop for burrata, caesar salad, and a coffee!“

“The staff are friendly, welcoming, and courteous to a fault. Often its hard to find a calm place to relax or just concentrate on your own anymore, but the atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. I often go to read on my lunch, sitting in the outside area where you can hear church/school bells, kids playing, and birds chirping, watching clouds off into the distance. Definately a good place to take you out of your office mindset, if you need that moment away from the sad box full of numbers. Would definately suggest.“

“The Valentine’s Day brunch box was pure genius! What a great option for those that would like to have brunch at home or out at the park. Everything was delicious as per usual but this time I was inclined to write a review because I feel like a brunch box should be on their menu every weekend! I posted it on social media and received so many comments about how good it looked and honestly I don’t know many restaurants that have this as an option so it would be a great niche for MorninGlory!“

“Summer Moon Coffee in Austin is one of my favorite spots. I absolutely love their coffee — especially the Hazelnut Iced Latte. The flavor is rich, smooth, and the aroma is amazing every single time.

“I Love Leander Starbucks! The staff is super pleasant and patient while I figure out my orders. We were even give a chance to sample a tea to see if we liked it or not! “Love the donuts and kolaches from crown! Amazing, friendly service is all you'll get, this isn't your usual donut store. The donuts are always fresh and flavorful. The sausages they use are way better than a lot of places (even better than round Rock donuts)“

The person working the window made absolutely no effort whatsoever to connect with me and it totally invalidates all the hard work other partners are doing.connecting with customer is what the job is all about.“
“The wonderful employees at this location took care of my daughter and her three small children after they were in an accident early this morning. They gave each crying toddler banana bread, fruit and milk and encouraging words for their shaken mother. The kind gestures of food and a safe place to wait for help helped calm them until help arrived. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.“
