“We're vacationing here and my wife ordered coffee and I got the wrong size so the barista was so kind to remake for me free of charge.
Day 2 my wife sends me again to pick up her order, she ordered through the app and placed it at the wrong location. The barista was so nice to quickly make the order for me free of charge for the second time.
We truly appreciate the kindness“

“Got a lavender matcha latte with almond milk they have seasonal flavors
They were out of a few like earl grey and guava? I think they had a key lime option but maybe with lemonade and not with milk
5 to 6 grams of matcha used and less sweet. Very good. I am very picky with getting matcha out and it just being flavored milk so I def approve 🤣 if it wasnt so far id come here more often but about 2 hours for me“

“We came to Austin from Houston with my family for the day and found this cafe while exploring the city. Honestly, I’m really glad we stopped here.
The place has such a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Everything we tried was really good, the service was friendly, and we just felt comfortable sitting here and taking a break after walking around Austin. Even my family really enjoyed the place.
We don’t live in Austin, so unfortunately we can’t come here often, but this is definitely one of those places I’ll remember and come back to next time we’re in town.
Really enjoyed it. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Austin or just looking for a nice cafe! ☕“

“I visit Petalia almost every morning for my favorite Mocha Latte extra hot! The baristas are SO sweet and Friendly! I would highly recommend Petalia and I don’t have to wait in any long lines to get my delicious coffee in the morning! 🥰♥️🙌🏼☕️☀️“

I order invader coffee every year and usually have a great experience. their coffee is great, and always look forward to it around the holidays. I love to support a small business, despite the very high shipping cost.
my most recent order was for 2 bags of coffee, one bad santa and one jolly java on 11/28. I asked for any samples and/or stickers also.
on 12/5 I got an email that my jolly java was being refunded. no reason why. I promptly emailed back asking for it to be replaced with ANY other holiday coffee, as I was going to give it as a gift this year. with shipping prices so high I wanted to get 2 bags. no response.
I got my one bag of coffee on 12/9, and a receipt that said bad santa, “STICKERS”, and jolly java. jolly java was crossed off. no stickers and no christmas coffee for my family member, and most importantly NO RESPONSE or explanation.
it’s been good doing business with them, but this put a bad taste in my mouth and I’ll be on the hunt for a different holiday coffee.
4 stars because the coffee and stickers the past few years have been awesome. happy holidays“

“A great spot in Lakeway. There aren’t many places in the area that have really stood out to me, but I loved my experience at MorninGlory. They have a solid menu, and I appreciated that they offer coconut milk since it’s hard to find at restaurants. I had the avocado toast, and it was delicious. I’d definitely recommend coming here for coffee, pastries, or brunch. It’s also very baby-friendly!“

“I love Winstons. I have been going since it has opened 2 years ago, and the food is amazing, and so is the customer service. The cashier always has such a big smile on her face. I love the new barn addition, the landscape is absolutely beautiful, it's so great for kids and adults! Im so glad they have opened a 2nd location, more reason for me to stop for burrata, caesar salad, and a coffee!“

“This is the best donut shop around, hands down. The owners are hardworking and kind. My family loves the blueberry cake donuts, which we first tried because the owners usually add a few complimentary donut holes. The yeast donuts are equally delicious and fresh. My family in Houston (who is used to Shipley's) loves this place and we always order donuts from Crown when they visit.“

“We LOVE 💜 SUMMER MOON & the staff ! They’re always kind . Amazing coffee ☕️ & I love all the hot & cold chai drinks , delicious ! My elderly dad is always in a better mood if I bring him a Blue Moon ! He’s crazy for it and every time he’s always asking me “What’s in the moon milk 🥛? , with a sip & a sigh… man that coffee is good” 🌙 And, I think he owns way too many of the shirts, coffee mugs and hats and don’t get me started on his sticker collection ! “I’ve worked for this company for a while. I know what’s expected. I’m aware that we all have bad days. But I know at the window you are supposed to be connecting with customers. The person working the window made absolutely no effort whatsoever to connect with me and it totally invalidates all the hard work other partners are doing.connecting with customer is what the job is all about.“
“The wonderful employees at this location took care of my daughter and her three small children after they were in an accident early this morning. They gave each crying toddler banana bread, fruit and milk and encouraging words for their shaken mother. The kind gestures of food and a safe place to wait for help helped calm them until help arrived. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.“
