“Absolutely amazing! The service was incredible, they were so friendly. They gave us recommendations and even gave us some free donuts. We had the smiling kolaches, the sausage and cheese kolache, the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and some breakfast tacos and all of it was absolutely delectable! The donuts were some of the freshest donuts I've had in a long time. The Apple fritter was incredible, as well as the blueberry. Even the plain and simple donuts were good. We also had some smoothies and they were also very good and well served. The people in there ordering were also very nice. The store itself is super cute!“

“I really hate to only give 4⭐️ because I really do like this place. However, they are not consistent with their food. I always order the ham, egg and cheese croissant and every other time I order it it's different. A different cheese or a very thinly sliced piece of ham vs the thicker piece of ham. Customer service is good, but again they are not consistent.“

“Truly the best donut shop I’ve found in the area. I moved to NYC and my first stop when I visit family is monster donut for an old fashioned and a spinach puff pastry. The spinach is flaky and dream-worthy. I know that sounds crazy. It’s a donut shop. But don’t forget your greens.“

“I was scrolling Yelp looking for a good local donut place to pick up some donuts for my coworkers when I came across Howdy Donuts - turned out to be a great choice! I went in around 8:00am, and you could tell they'd already been hit by the morning crowd, but the girl working assured me she was working on more batches in the back! I told her to give me 2 dozen variety of her favorite ones and she gave me quite the assortment - chocolate cake glazed, both chocolate and strawberry sprinkles, red velvet cake, pumpkin, sugar, chocolate on chocolate glazed and blueberry glazed. My favorite was the blueberry glazed but from the many thanks and yums I received from my team, I'd have to say they were all good! Highly recommend!“

“This is still a great place in our community of North Cedar Park and south Leander,. Originally opened as Super Donuts and now Grand donuts. The people who run this business have not slacked off over the years. They are still some of the very nicest business owners in our area. The cleanliness is still outstanding and surgery could be performed in their kitchen. While I probably shouldn't be eating a lot of donuts at my age, I still can't resist the occasional visit. I'm not sure what I enjoy more; Is it the donut or the friendly greeting ? My last visit was for a jumbo Kolache and like every other offering, it was delicious.“

“I have never had a bad Donut at Shipley's! They are fresh and ohhhh so good. My grandkids must have a Shipley every Saturday come rain or shine. The folks working there are so nice and very helpful & patient to little ones while they try to decide which donut they must have for the day. Once they finish their donuts, the little ones and OK, me, have to stand at the windows and watch the ever faithful donut specialist make the most incredible donuts and kolaches. This is how sugar filled memories are made.“

“The very BEST filled donuts in the Leander/Cedar Park Area. They fill the donuts with their great fillings when you order so they are soft but not soggy. Also Love the Mega Boudin Kolaches. The Croissant breakfast sandwiches are incredible. Do NOT buy the breakfast tacos, horrible. Why Grand Donuts are you going out of your lane with tacos? Buy 2 of everything else but no tacos. I go at least 2 Saturdays a month and everything is gone by Monday.“
