“One of many many visits their , definitely a favorite vice I have .Service and food is on point.Looking for a sweet tooth cure try their doughnutsWheelchair accessibility: Easy to access with wheelchair, ground is flat ,they have a ramp platform to order /pick up food at the window .“
“Store owner is so friendly and nice. I had to leave my dog outside of the store. She was mad at me for doing so and she barked the whole time I wàs in the store. The lady recognized it for what it was and packed me up a doggie donut for free.“
“These are easily the best donuts I've ever had. We just were driving through and I looked up donut places and this place popped up with good reviews so we decided to check it out. We got 3 different strawberry donuts and just as we were finishing they brought out a fresh tray of them so I had to get one more. The already made ones were delicious but the fresh one was absolutely phenomenal. It melted in your mouth and had the best flavor. We also got a chocolate one that was delicious. I highly recommend if you want a delicious donut.“
“I ordered a custom birthday cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday and it was incredibly delicious and beautiful! The vanilla filling was so good! Stephanie responded to my emails super quick and provided great feedback about the cake’s size, flavor and decorations. Highly recommend Violette’s Bakehouse.“
“Donuts so good they will turn a donut hater into a believer. The fact that I haven't written about Combo Donuts yet amazes me. The love affair I have with their glazed donut is truly the romance of the century. I will start off with the kolaches before I get into my ode to the glazed donut. The kolaches are actually spectacular. The jalapeño kolaches have whole jalapeño slices in them instead of just being in the sausage which I enjoy. I'd like to say I know a thing or two about kolaches being a born and raised texan, and these are my favorite in Austin by far. They really aren't trying to do too much, they're just a classic done EXCEPTIONALLY well. Honestly, that is Combo Donuts whole thing, classics done exceptionally well. The donuts aren't anything special or innovative. Not a maple bacon gold plated donut in sight. But, when I sit down on the patio with a cup of milk and eat my glazed combo donut it is truly me and that donut against the world. I seriously do not know what kind of sweet love they put into their donuts, but, I have been going for the past 2.5 years and have a religious experience every time. I love combo donuts. I love how you walk into combo and it's just the funniest little ambiance, truly a good ole ma and pa hole in the wall donut shop right on s lamar keeping this neighborhood alive and well. I have never been to combo and not seen the sweet lady who is always at the front. If combo ever tried to shut down I would chain myself to the building in protest.“
“Donut empire has the most amazing apple fritters. Also so fresh, crispy on the outside but chewy on the inside! Have been going here for years and they are always so friendly and the service is exceptional! If you are looking for a great donut shop..stop by and give them a try. You'll be so happy you did..“
“Best mochi (rice) donuts in town, hands down. Crispy, chewy but still light, icing is a nice compliment but not too much or too sweet. The flavors are subtle so don't be afraid to pick up a couple you might not normally gravitate towards if they're out of what you initially wanted. (Only downside is that they do tend to run out and they aren't always ready right at opening time- 7 AM is when I was told) I like the Milk Tea but the sugar, taro, coffee, and mango ones are also good. The other stuff is also good- I like the kolaches and donuts and sometimes get some of those, but the gems here are the mochi donuts for sure. Service is also very fast and the folks in the shop are kind.“
“River City Donuts used to be my goto spot in south Austin before they closed their location. After I moved to the Domain I was super excited when I discovered they had opened a location right around the corner! These are easily the BEST donuts in North Austin. (I'm addicted to their donut holes, cinnamon rolls, and apple fritters! They are also the only donut shop with chocolate cream filled donuts ??) They are always fresh and the owners are so nice. They always throw in something extra and make you feel welcome!“
“I was craving mochi donuts so bad!! Tomas suggested this place so I immediately checked them out. Small local business is a plus! They are currently doing a pop up at Dia's Market on Friday and Saturday. You have the option of pre-ordering your order for pick up. Be sure to check their social media or website to find their location. I ordered the following six flavors to try: strawberry shine, mangonada, ube rainbow, vanilla with crunchy chili oil, birthday cake and classic chocolate. They were soft with a chewy texture...perfect. Flavored beautifully. She provided me the instructions for warming them up for the next day. They were still good the next day. Very fresh and made with quality ingredients. They were all good, but if I had to choose one flavor I really enjoyed the mangonada. Yum! This was definitely a good spot for mochi donuts. Check them out.“
“The place looks very clean with a plain and simple decor. It got busy after I arrived in the later morning; the staff was friendly and they handled the customer volume very well. The restroom was out of order, so when I needed it, I was S.O.L. (pun intended). I came only for a donut; I bought one and a coffee. The donut was fair, but nothing to write home about. The coffee was not good. They have a few standard bench tables where you can sit down to eat. They also sell some hot foods like kolaches. There are also two large drink coolers with a fairly large selection of beverages, including milk.“
“I've been coming to Central Donut often on for years because their kolaches and pastries and donuts are so good. My favorite is the pictured spinach and feta and I have to say of all the ones that I've gotten from here. I probably ended up taking a picture of one of the ones that looks the worst, which tells you something about how good they look. And they taste better than they look. My favorite donuts to get are the old-fashioned. I like to order one of each, but as you'll note in the picture, there are three donuts this is because they give you an extra one when you order two. The family that runs this place is really nice. The service is quick. They've added different coffees as well as cold drinks so you have a pretty wide choice of beverages. This is a small family run place in a strip center behind a Wendy's and Walgreens, and next to the post office. If you live near North Central Austin it's definitely worth a trip.“
“Best Donut Shop in Austin, I'm lucky that I live right around the corner from this gem. Staff are very friendly and everything here is really delicious. I always will order the donut holes and the biscuit breakfast sandwich with bacon egg and cheese. So good!“
“Solid kolache and donuts joint, the family duo running the store is perfect!! And nice!!. They have everything, croissant ham egg and cheese/ sausage, sausage in a bun, tons of donut flavors. In the drinks and coffee section, you have every soda flavor, no fountain drinks, and the coffee is fresh. The key is in the dough and it has an excellent texture. My favorite is the jalapeño sausage. I devoured my meal, and you know when I devour, it must be good!! Enjoy!!“
“10/10 experience with KC Donuts. We ordered ahead for a birthday party and got our exact order on time. The donuts are phenomenal. You'd think it's hard to mess up a donut.. but somehow these donuts are just better than any we've had around. Photo includes KC donuts, my display and “
“We love this neighborhood donut shop! I last min ordered some custom Spiderman donuts for a party and the owner went above and beyond what I expected! So thankful to the owners and will always recommend this shop to folks, they are friendly, creative and everything tastes so great!“
“We were looking for a good coffee place to go to after a late night. This was exactly what we were looking for. The kolache hit the spot, the donuts were amazing and the cold brew was delicious. Not to mention the people were in good spirits and very kind. We will be going there again ?Parking: We went at about 1230pm on a Monday so it may be more busy at other times“
“These donuts are delicious. They have a drive-thru window, so they're convenient before work, and their variety is also great. I can't always find a boudin kolache or plain old-fashioned donut (for dunking in my coffee) at other places around town, but these guys have them and they're very tasty. I'm not sure what the difference is between regular chocolate-glazed and Texas chocolate-glazed, but the Texas ones were so delicious and fresh when I got some around 8:45 today. I'll definitely be back.Parking: The strip mall area that the shop is in has tons of parking.“
“Pretty damn solid. I think 4 donuts was $13. I think it's 3.25 per donut kinda steep for a donut but it was good. Or I may just be cheap idk. But i did enjoy them. I would go back to take someone for the first time that has never been. Cool experience though.“
“What a pleasant surprise! My husband and I couldn't get enough! We had the chocolate cake, eclair, and the apple fritter! We cannot decided which one was our favorite because we ate them too fast! We will definitely be back to try the coffee!“
“Great breakfast croissants! Super yummy donuts and very nice people who run it. My grandson attends Del Valle Elementary. Every so often, I drop him off at school and get to have donuts at Del Valle Donuts. I'm always greeted with a smile, and it makes me smile all day!“
“NGL, I like your typical old-fashioned doughnuts, I like them just glazed and just doughy and cakey. I'm not really a R.R..Doughnuts type of guy even though that is the norm here. I tried Mochi Doughnuts in Dallas and Japan but was not really a fan of these glutinous rice flower treats. I decided to give these a try and was surprised by how good they were, doughy and chewy but also fluffy and made to easily pull apart. They have plenty of amazing flavors to try, but the churro flavored one was my favorite. They are a bit expensive but well worth the try, I highly recommend it.“
“The proprietortess is so very nice and funny! She asks about my day, inquires after my hobbies I mention and is always eager to joke around. The sugar donuts are awesome and the large sausage and cheese kolaches are recommend! Ut the best thing on the menu that I have tried to date is the croissant sandwich. YUM!I like that the establishment is open early and closes early as I have never been in a crush of people but, even so, when I go they're almost always at the end of their kolaches.Highly recommend!“
“So glad to know there is a good donut shop so close to home. I always get donut holes and I like their small kolaches. However, I had their Apple Fritter today and it was the BEST Apple Fritter I've ever had. I split it with my husband. The customer service matches the quality of food.“
“When it comes to gluten free, vegan donuts, taste and texture are crucial factors. Collette’s donuts won’t disappoint you. I didn’t find a flavor I didn’t like and it’s so nice to eat them knowing that I won’t feel sick after. I can’t live without them in my house and my favorite is the cinnamon one. Go try! ❤️“
“I was so excited to try this place because I thought it would be something different. But it’s just a regular donut shop. Not bad but not special at all. We got there at 12 and they were sold out of almost everything which I’m not saying is good or bad but just an fyi for ppl. I guess I’d go again if I was close by but wouldn’t go out of my way. The workers were nice.“
“This is a hole in the wall mastery kitchen. They have some of the best in town, I actually like them more than Krispy Kreme. The coffee and tea's are excellent! Sometimes I go back for just a coffee on the run and end up leaving with a box of fresh donuts. Heated if you like. And custom decorated for party's. It's clean and organized, and the owners are kind and honest people. Bless them up good yall. They deserve it.“
“Donut 7 offers an ok selection of donuts and coffee. The flavors are enjoyable, but nothing extraordinary. The donuts are fresh, and the coffee is satisfactory. It's a good spot for a quick and simple treat, but don't expect anything exceptional.“
“Hands down best Donut shop in North Austin . I've been going here since elementary school when they opened back in the mid 2000s! Almost 18 years later even though I've moved further north I always stop by once a month when I'm playing drums at my home church (Mount Sinai Baptist Church ) further down the road on Cameron RD ! Quality is amazing ! Not overly sweet but sweet enough and very soft and light ! Worth every calorie ! The owners / staff are lovely people and so kind ! She even sometimes throws a few extra donut holes in the box ! Give them a try if you're in the area !“
“Unremarkable experience. The menu listed cold brew, but upon receiving my drink, I was informed it was iced coffee. Clarifying with the barista, I was told both were identical, which is inaccurate as they differ in preparation and caffeine levels. The beverage resembled a watered-down iced coffee. I suspect they label it as cold brew to command a higher price for a less expensive offering.“
“One of the best of the best. Always fresh and has great customer service. Very clean. Donuts never have an aftertaste. If you've had a donut with an aftertaste, you know what I'm talking about. You don't have to worry about that here.“
“I work at a Dunkin' donuts and after eating Donuts from here and just peaking into the kitchen I think I will be quitting my job and only eating Donuts from here from now on. It's so much more cleaner and the products are obviously made here and not frozen. Much healthier and much more sanitary I feel safe eating food from here and it's so delicious it really shows in the flavor.“
“I was scrolling Yelp looking for a good local donut place to pick up some donuts for my coworkers when I came across Howdy Donuts - turned out to be a great choice! I went in around 8:00am, and you could tell they'd already been hit by the morning crowd, but the girl working assured me she was working on more batches in the back! I told her to give me 2 dozen variety of her favorite ones and she gave me quite the assortment - chocolate cake glazed, both chocolate and strawberry sprinkles, red velvet cake, pumpkin, sugar, chocolate on chocolate glazed and blueberry glazed. My favorite was the blueberry glazed but from the many thanks and yums I received from my team, I'd have to say they were all good! Highly recommend!“
“Amazing donuts your donuts. Wow very very good donuts I highly recommend getting a donut at fresh donuts. So much better than Round Rock donuts that’s right I said it better than Round Rock . Donuts on my donuts eat this place yeah perfect.“
“I got the Portland cream and the apple fritter. They taste just like I remember donuts tasting before going vegan! There were quite a few vegan options which I tried to capture in the picture as the case rotated. Super fun atmosphere downtown Austin…so win win!“
“Little Lucy's catered our Easter morning events and they were phenomenal! The food truck arrived early so they were ready to go right on time. They were easy to work with and maintained a friendly atmosphere for our guests. Also the donuts were delicious! Everyone was so excited to grab a treat. Can't wait to have them cater for us again soon.“
“I love this place. Food is amazing. Service is quick. It's clean. Get the Chorizo and Egg tacos!Minor gripe not worth deducting points: I wish they'd fix their debit card reader so they can bring it to the counter. I forget my wallet sometimes and in order to use tap to pay they have to physically take my phone from me. It's anxiety inducing.“
“These were the perfect donuts for my son’s 16th birthday! So yummy and the design was better than anything I had envisioned! Oh, and also they are apparently lucky donuts too because hours later he passed his drivers test! ☺️ Thanks Donut Hub! This was not the first time we’ve used Donut Hub for birthday celebrations and definitely won’t be the last! We’ll be back for sure!!“
“This place has the best name ever. Walked over when I was having new tires put on nearby and grabbed some breakfast tacos, donuts and donut holes. All super solid. Homemade salsa red and green came with the tacos and it was so good I bought a mason jar of it they sold to go.“
“I love this little donut shop! I kid you not, they sell the best cream filled glazed donut I’ve ever had! It is not your typical cream filled donut that tastes like that weird pudding filling. It is almost like cake icing mixed with whipped cream. It’s not too sweet and melts in your mouth. The dough is so fresh too!“
“Best damn donuts in the entirety of the United States. And I stand by that statement. The staff is really nice, the owner an incredible guy. The kolaches? Why do we not have these in NYC? Get there early because they close early. The owner gave us a donut on the house and we kept it in a purse all day. That damned thing was as fresh as when we got it, light as air, and melted in our mouths. Now THAT is a donut.“
“Always quick easy and affordable.Constructive criticism for Shipley in general; They have to do something different independent coffee chains make each chain unique; their design needs to be different at every location. There layout needs to be consistently different. The chair need to be comfy, make this the college students area to study. Market to studying college kids. They need to start doing coffee relevant to summer moons coffee (don't copy) but make coffee bigger at Shipley.sell, oat milk, almond milk, with other milks. There could be a world without Shipley or their could be a world were Shipley plays with the bigger candidates. Like Dunkin' and Starbucks but as there own wrap like individual smaller coffee companies. A big ass donut like the one in iron man needs to be on every building.“

“Good priced donuts and kolaches and open on Sunday's too. Got the cream filled donut and bacon/egg/cheese/potato kolache. Both were very good in size and flavor and were given to me warm. Even though I came in early afternoon, they still tasted fresh. They also have drive through service which is great on cold days or hot Texas summers.“
“My first time here was such a pleasant experience! The gentleman behind the counter was friendly, helpful, and very quick with service! The interior is cozy, and the selection of donuts offered a yummy variety. I will definitely be back! The prices are reasonable, especially when buying for my coworkers.“
“One of my favorite places to go with my husband to relax and have coffee and a donut's. I go about once a week. People are so nice a welcoming say have a great day and welcome something a lot of places lack in doing this days. Keep up the good “
