“Can't wait to go back! As a first time customer, I had excellent customer service while I was at the Nothing Bundt Cakes Great Hills Trail location in the Arboretum area. I went because I learned they have gluten free options. I was even happier when I learned they could prepare the cake without the (dairy... buttercream) icing. The customer service from the manager went far and above what I expected. I went home with a cake that my daughter, who has gluten and dairy allergies, could not only eat but also really enjoy the cake. We did add a simple lemon sugar icing. It was so simple but very good. The second day it was still excellent. Can't wait to use my buy one get one free coupon within the 14 days. Fourteen days may be too long.“

We ordered a cake for our son's 11th birthday, and there was a small mistake on it. Most places would have made that my problem. Natalie, the GM, made it hers. She, Grant, and Sarah had the cake fixed at lightning speed, and then they went well past what anyone would expect to make it right.
I run businesses myself, and I know how rare it is to find a whole team that cares like this. I have not been treated this well anywhere in the last 3-5 years. These people love what they do, and you can feel it the moment they start helping you.

The staff I worked with on my initial call was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to create what I needed. I met Kellie when I picked my cookies up and immediately felt like a friend in her shop. Kellie offered me a cookie to sample, and oh my it was delicious. “I experienced their donuts at a Lunar New Year event at Flow Yoga. I’m not usually a donut fan, but gave these a try. They are denser than typical, much closer to the ones my mom used to make. It's so tender, so juicy, and with a delightful kick that is so often missing in southern fried chicken. Whatever you order, I highly recommend getting a side of chicken. You won't regret it. Our hostess was so sweet and our waiter Fernando was a Rock Star. This was absolutely a fabulous place to enjoy brunch on our trip.“

Perfect size for my craving, and very unique. I love tres leches but to infuse cake with soda is really cool. Not sure about other locations but I had zero complaints and no notes for this one.
