“We found Simon Lee Bakery on our venue’s preferred vendor list and immediately reached out. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Simon Lee Bakery and owner, Judy Lee and the incredible job they did on our wedding cake! From the very first consultation, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to bring our vision to life.The final cake was -delicious, elegant, and exactly what we had imagined. They worked together with the florist to make our cake look amazing! The taste? Absolutely unforgettable. We got a 2 tier lemon custard & cream, 1/2 sheet of salted caramel and 1/2 sheet of white cake with amaretto. We had so many guests talking about our cake even weeks after the wedding. The team was professional, punctual, and a dream to work with. They handled everything with care and made the process stress-free, which is no small thing when you’re planning a wedding! Thank you, Judy Lee and Simon Lee Bakery for being such a special part of our day and creating something that was not only stunning but so meaningful to us. Highly, highly recommend to any couples looking for a cake that tastes as amazing as it looks!
