“We ordered conchas from Abuelita’s Bakery Spot for our wedding, and they were an absolute hit! So many of our guests came up to us throughout the night to tell us how delicious they were. They ended up being one of the most talked-about desserts of the evening.
The team at Abuelita’s Bakery Spot was wonderful to work with from the beginning. Our point of contact even set up a tasting for us months in advance, which gave us the chance to try everything and talk about how we wanted the conchas to look for our wedding. One of the things that really stood out was how they were able to customize the sugar topping colors to match our wedding perfectly. Our colors were lavender and sage green, and they did an amazing job matching them. The conchas looked beautiful and tied in perfectly with our wedding aesthetic.
We ordered 300 conchas, and they were so good that there were barely any left by the end of the night. Guests kept going back for more, and we were even sharing them with our vendors because we wanted everyone to try them!
Pickup was very easy as well. Everything was boxed and organized, making it simple for us to transport them to the venue.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Abuelita’s Bakery Spot. The conchas were delicious, beautifully made, and such a fun and unique dessert option for our wedding. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for amazing baked goods for an event!“

“The sweetest staff!!! Their network was down and only excepted cash (which I didn’t have), and my kids were so upset, but the staff ended up giving my kids a cookie at no cost!!! I would highly recommend everyone getting cookies or cakes at this location because they truly care! Thank y’all!“

“Our Office Manager had this company cater breakfast for us today. We had little breakfast boxes that had a quiche, muffin, and fruit cup inside. You can tell that this food was made with SO much love - it was packaged very well and absolutely delicious! Our company will definitely be using them again. Thank you Rise Coffee & Bakery!“

“This is my go to place to eat on campus! Not only do they have a variety of delicious empanadas, but their sauces (chimichurri & chipotle) are sooo good! Claudia, the woman who is there almost every time I go, is always so friendly and sweet! Interacting with her brightens my day. I would highly recommend this food truck :)“

“First of all, the best gingerbread cookies we’ve ever had. So delicious! We love all of the decorations they put up through the year (but they really go bonkers at Halloween and Christmas and we walk by almost daily between September-January haha). And we love getting a gingerbread house to decorate during the holidays! All of the treats are amazing. We recently got to try some of the Boozy Bonbons and while the wine flavor is front and center at first, as you savor it the chocolate gets a chance to melt in and shine through and the flavor combo is great! Can’t recommend everything The Gingerbread House has to offer enough!“

“Went in here about a month ago and I can't wait to go back. The girl behind the counter was patient, sweet and helped recommend the chocolate ganache brownie. So glad I listened to her, I will be ordering that everytime I go back now. I also had a cupcake with a cookie dough like frosting and cookie piece as a topping which was so delicious! I enjoyed everything I purchased, and would definitely recommend.“

“Nice place for cookies, I personally love the consistency and bake of these cookies. However, they’re not very consistent with having under baked cookies to having extra crispy cookies. Though one call let me get another batch that was much more enjoyable so it worked out in the end.“

“At 67 years old I've eaten more pastries than I should have and I can honestly say without a doubt the raspberry kolache that I had at Teal House is far and away the best pastry that I've ever eaten in my entire life. The sad part is I don't live in Texas so all I can do is dream about them until I'm back in town.“
