This is my go to place to eat on campus! Not only do they have a variety of delicious empanadas, but their sauces (chimichurri & chipotle) are sooo good! Claudia, the woman who is there almost every time I go, is always so friendly and sweet! Interacting with her brightens my day. I would highly recommend this food truck :)
Amazinggggg! We wanted to try everything! So soft and fresh and flavorful!
Delicious, vegetarian options. They don't take cash, however, so we're not buying empanadas from them anymore, which is sad. Not taking cash is economically classist. Thanks
