“This little spot is so cozy and chic! Once you’re done being awed by the decor take a look at all the cheesecake! There is so much to choose from it’s hard not to have at least two or three in your bag. They are all different and unique and yes, of course some of the standard cheesecake flavors. Let’s not talk about the teas, coffees and refreshers on the menu. I almost don’t want this place to become too popular! Selfish of me!“

“So, the Wife comes home from work feeling a little blue. So I ask her what I can do to pick her up a little. She tells me about Crumble Cookies and thinks some cookies will help. So we get in the car and drive 20 mins to Crumble on 46. There is a line out the door! Crazy right!? Honestly, there is too much going on with these with these cookies for my taste with toppings, frosting etc. We get cookies and my Wife smiles. Mission accomplished. Crumble, you keep making the wife smile and I'll keep buying your cookies.“

“I searched literally everywhere for someone who could make a sonic cake and the staff at New Braunfels bakery and cakes came through in the clutch with fees not only was it exactly what I needed and wanted but it was more than delicious I highly recommend this bakery. “My family and I came out of town during Wurstfest and decided to make a detour to Five Stones (where the bakery is located).Pros:- Amazing customer service.- Phenomenal bake goods. One of best sourdough breads we had in recent memory.- One of the best sourdough bread we've had in recent memory.- Their spinach squares are a flavor explosion- The stromboli was very savoryCons:- Though it didn't affect us they are only open Friday - Sunday according to the sign.- On popular days they seem like they sell out fast. Had someone in front of us buy out all the cookies. Though I get it's first come , first serve I still felt a fit disappointed someone could do that.“

“We visited Naegelin's today while we were in New Braunfels. I used to live in NB (1959 to 1990) and grew up on their pastries. My brother was a baker their in 1960 and 1961, so there was always Naegelin's pastries to eat. Bear Claws were my absolute favorite. After 30 years, I couldn't wait! I ordered Bear Claws and 2 strudles, apple and cherry. I should have waited! The strudel was pretty good. the Bear Claws were very very disappointing. they lacked flavor and filling. The pastery used to be light and flakey. Not any longer, more like flat and tough. I hate to use the word "cardboard", but that kinda fits. Go for the Strudel, forget the Bear Claws. Childhood memories shattered again.“

“This was a great experience!!! The staff were so kind and the food was delicious!! The atmosphere was very good and there were plenty of people, but it still didn't feel too small. They have lots of merch and other things. There are so many options for desserts! I highly recommend the strawberry cream pie, apple pie, and the new york style cheese cake. There were also so many fall themed cookies. This was a but pricy but totally worth it!! Everyone loved it and this was a great experience! Would recommend 10/10“
