“The interior of the coffee shop is lovely. There are a lot of different pottery items on display for sale that are hand made by one of the baristas! It's a very nice touch that adds some personality to this coffee shop. I tried an iced Honey Yuzu tea and it was great; very refreshing for a hot day. There was plenty of seating available when I went, and there are even bar style seats as well. Highly recommend trying some iced tea or the pistachio latte!“

“Chocolate, peanut butter and apple are really good. The coconut not so good. Gaggy sweet, lacking a true coconut flavor and skimpy on the filling and topping. Another comment— the pies could be filled higher since the dome covers are able to allow for it.“

The service was very good and both meals were cooked from someone's Heart!!! We're definitely going back again! I'm glad we didn't see all of the dessert selections in the front of the store!!! “I will definitely go back for more! Two tacos for less than $4 Wow! I usually buy a bacon & egg taco & a bean & cheese taco for breakfast. These were delicious & the bean & cheese taco was a big fat taco. I’m glad to finally see that, because it’s probably one of the cheapest taco to make, but not all places make it this way. The flour tortillas are big n fluffy too! Gotta try more food here! Beautiful pan dulce in the case also. Lots of items to taste.“

“My favorite place for comfort food. Tomato basil soup is a must have every week. I often stop in to pick up two. I’ve tried almost everything on their menu and am never disappointed whether it’s salads, soups, sandwiches, and desserts. The grownup grilled cheese and tomato soup is a perfect combo. I’ve switched or added meats and other ingredients. They will make your visit worthwhile and have you coming back on a regular basis.“

I was having issues with the app, and a staff member took the time to help me figure out what was wrong, and patiently waited with a warm smile while I corrected the problem. Quite a few people were asking where to order from so I definitely directed them to call and order from Amber!!We also received an assortment of treats and I literally could not pick one favorite item. “We were greeted with a warm Hello, no prices are on the shelves but most are $1.25 & up but cookies are $0.75 - the cream filled horn was so soft and moist and of course no surprise about how soft the concha was- the cookies are amazing!! Mexican Bakery cookies are the best when dipped in coffee or hot cocoa and these cookies definitely stand up to that job!!!Definitely a returning customer from us ?Wheelchair accessibility: I don't use a wheelchair but there is a ramp walk in to go in the bakery“

Service was so positive that it was contagious and I was very appreciative of that energy, being it was the start to my day. The croissant was delicious and not dry or stale. The donuts were great! I have never seen a lot of these baked goods before but tried 2 things one was a cake with pink frosting and one a cake with custard and coconut on the sides. Both were absolutely incredible! I dream about that pink cake! I ended up also getting a burrito to go. The young lady behind the counter was so friendly. She took my order and we chatted until my food was ready. “This place has the best damned chocolate cake in the entire San Antonio metro area. Order the "1001." The women working there are sweet as the sugar in the cakes. Two downsides: 1) cash only, and; 2) in the middle of nowhere. If you're looking for the perfect chocolate cake for your event, you have now found the place to go.“

“We stopped while traveling. The restaurant was a suggestion from a family member. The food was so good. We had fried chicken, smothered pork chops and fried fish with sides. The staff was friendly. Definitely recommend if you are in the San Antonio area.“
