“I stopped by early in the morning on Friday, March 3rd to get donuts for the volunteers at the Comal Country Youth Homemaking and Arts Fair. This was my first visit to Super Donuts. AWESOME is the best way to describe the service, the appearance/cleanliness of the store, and the taste of the donuts! I live in Spring Branch/Bulverde and we have a few places to get donuts, but I'll be making the drive every now and then for the great service and delicious donuts from Super Donuts.“
“We came on spring break for a quick bite to start our day and we received this absolute best customer service we have ever had at a donut shop. Very friendly, courteous cashier/wait staff. She was very patient with us even with a line behind us. Donuts were great. Would come again when passing thru!“
“I've been coming to this location for years. I hit it up every time I drive through on my way to Houston. The kolaches here are the best in Texas. Not all Shipley's have the same kolaches. I got up this morning to grab a couple dozen for my family and drove 30 minutes. The lady working the window today really needs a hug. I am not sure if she is getting paid. Something is wrong. She was confused as soon as I said hello. I asked for two dozen kolaches. One dozen jalapeno and cheese and one dozen sausage and cheese. She shook her head and said, "weight what? What kind of kolaches?" I thought yikes... she saw my smile and immediately got internally frustrated... I repeated it but I accidentally added an adjective that threw her brain off. I said you know the small kolaches you guys sell. She explained to me that they don't sell small kolaches they only sell one kind of kolache. I said, "great, those are the ones I want..." Then she askes me again what kind I wanted. I repeated my order but I made the mistake of using the word "regular" to refer to the second dozen of kolaches. She snapped and said, what do you mean regular?" We have three kinds of kolaches... I said, "what kind of kolaches do you have?" She said," we have sausage and cheese, jalapeno sausage and cheese, just sausage and ham and cheese. I slowly explained that I wanted 1 dozen jalapeño and cheese and 1 dozen sausage and cheese. She then charged me and I took my kolaches and drove home wondering why that was so painful. I love this place. I really hope someone gives that lady a hug or starts to pay her. Either that or take her off the window. Maybe she was just having a bad day...?“
“In my opinion the best donuts in town you got to try the cream cheese filled or the filled bars and not to mention their kolaches super good... the staff are really nice and through the orders quickly So no issues to report here I only speak for the location off Walnut Avenue in New Braunfels Texas“

“Editing because I didn't have time at the time to leave a comment, but this is by far my favorite Shipley's to go to even though it's nowhere near me.The store itself is clean and just always has a good vibe.Any staff member I've encountered, whether it was as a customer or as a delivery driver, has been attentive and so nice. And of course, everything on the menu is delicious, as Shipley's does and still good the next day.The reason I love and go to this particular location they make the cutest donuts! They won my kids and I over during halloween season when we got donuts with spiders and while we've been customers of Shipley's for years now, this is the first time I've seen anything different and above and beyond the usual frosting and sprinkles at Shipley's ?Not real spiders, btw. lol Just a donut hole and frosting for legs, but it was just so cute, and we're here for it. That little extra touch just made our day this past Halloween season. Be warned, these adorable donuts were made in less quantity, so you gotta get there quick.I'm going to make sure I pop in to see what they have each season from now on! ?“

“My family enjoys coming here to get a donut before school every once and a while. The donuts are always delicious and the atmosphere has that small town feel but always busy in the morning. The staff is nice. And for me personally, they have the BEST apple fritters hands down, it's my favorite donut. Highly recommend Sweeties donuts.“
“I love donuts , all shapes all kinds, although preference is cake donuts. This little donut shop can be easily missed in this strip mall. It is run by a very sweet family. I go there every Sunday to find my mom's favorite here.. an Apple fritter. They make wonderful honey buns , glazed and cake donuts as well as a generous sized kolache.. On holidays they decorate the donuts. One Valentine's Day I bought 2 dozen for my office, sweetly decorated. They also had heart shaped donuts . I feel good that am supporting a local business and they are such wonderful people. Sometimes they throw an extra glazed or donut holes.“
