I find it’s almost always faster to park my car and walk inside to get what I want versus sitting in the drive through…
Just a heads up- they will verbally ask you what you want to tip as you’re rushing trying to quickly leave after sitting in the long line for 15+ minutes without anyone acknowledging the long wait.“

“We came on spring break for a quick bite to start our day and we received this absolute best customer service we have ever had at a donut shop. Very friendly, courteous cashier/wait staff. She was very patient with us even with a line behind us. Donuts were great. Would come again when passing thru!“

“We visited Dunkin during off peak hours but the drive through was busy. The staff was kind, patient, and customer-service oriented. There was an order of food that someone had ordered that wasnt picked up. Instead of tossing the food they brought it out for me and my kiddos to eat with our donuts at our outside table. Very thoughtful and the kids loved it! Highly recommend visiting“

“Dunkin’ Donuts was so generous to my class this week! This location donated two dozen donuts for my class to enjoy after working on a multiplication review. They even let me pick the note that’s being donated Of course I ordered the really fun, Sprinkle donuts, cause what kid doesn’t want that?! I just want to say thank you to this location for helping me. Give my kids something sweet after working hard. 🩵. I will continue to visit this location as a service is always impeccable“

“This Shipleys has been run by the same owners for a long time and they are as enthusiastic about their store and service now as they were years ago when I first tried them out.
They are all smiles and friendly as are all of their employees. They cannot wait to serve your wants and do so quickly and pleasantly every time!

And the prices are extremely reasonable.
The donuts are also always fresh,and you get free munchkin donuts if you buy a certain amount of the regulars.

“First visit this morning. Cute shop, fairly busy for an early Sunday morning (before 8am). Heated spinach pastry, fritter, & coffee were all quuite good. Girl behind counter was friendly & polite, & place looks clean inside. Will go back when in the area!“

“We had just ventured into the Cibolo/ Schertz area as we live in San Marcos and remembered seeing this place while heading towards our favorite Chicago restaurant (A Chicago bite) so we stopped by and woooowwww the food and coffee were delicious!
We’ve been to other Dunkin’s ( round rock, Austin locations ) which this Dunkin by far was our favorite with the hashbrowns being crispy to the iced coffees being just right definitely will be heading here again considering my son loved the hashbrowns (2 years)“
