We ordered three of them to share. After that, having that first bite, our minds were flooded with memories of our life in Louisiana, which was taken from us due to a hurricane. I highly recommend this place based on the taste and freshness of the food. The boudin kolaches were seasoned just right, giving it that taste of home.“

OMG!!!! If you love sweets this place was amazing! This place has a good amount of donuts and some customs donuts as well. Owner also will make custom letter donuts as well for party's or even for them office meetings.....just saying😁❤️! I love that they had them big donuts as well. It reminded me of universal studios. It was a great benefit to me since I already was putting gas at the shell. Perfect spot in this area for the people that live around the area. The owner was very welcoming as well. All in all great places to check out if you live close by or just passing by. I put some photos of the ideas they have and also not bad on prices as well!😁❤️ Going back soon!“

“OK, let me start by letting you know that I have a bias. I do not like the name of this store. Mainly because I'm a Christian and the word voodoo is not one that I would attribute anything good with.. now that I got that out of the way let me tell you that I decided to be open-minded and try the place in spite of the name. The donuts were delicious. I bought several and they all were so good. The person who was the cashier was fantastic. So for the donuts and the service I give them a 10 out of 10.“

“I stopped by early this morning around 6am. The lady at the counter was very friendly and professional. She seemed like she was happy to be there greeting and serving the customers. It's not often you get great customer service like that anymore. We got the bacon, egg, and cheese croissants and two doughnuts for our granddaughters. Everything was delicious and freshly made with love! This was a great way to start our day! I didn't get her name but the lady that tended to us deserves a raise for being bright and cheery so early in the morning!“

Walked in to see the heavenly donut conveyer belt full of fresh amazing Krispy Kreme glazed donuts. The aroma of the freshly baked donuts was out of this world. then I was greeted so professionally and with an amazing smile. Ordered my 2 dozen St Patrick's Day donuts, kraft of coffee, half dozen cheese & jalapeno kolaches for the crew at work. Maylett was knowledgeable, courteous friendly and right down awesome!! “Everybody knows that Shipley’s beats the pants off of fancy Dunkin Donuts. This location is one of the first in San Antonio. No. It’s not cool or hip, but the donuts are plentiful, fresh and delicious. The kolaches are also very fresh. The service is fast, friendly, and the employees were eager to please and very thoughtful in packing and labeling my large order for the office. “Nice newer location and the people were friendly and efficient, but the kolache was dry at 10 on a Sunday, they don’t make my favorite Shipley Donut, the “Devils Food” and my filled donut had so little filling that I ate half before I got to any. Hoping they are new and food quality will get better.“
