“First time here, sitting here right now and OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Got a breakfast sandwich and also 3 beignets… strawberry, churro and their special and to say that 1…. SO GOOD AND I WANT TO FINISH BUT HAD NO IDEA THAT THE BREAKFAST SANDWICH ALONE WOULD HAVE FILLED ME UP!!! 🤤🤤🤤🤤 the coffee is rich in flavor and here is the thing… I am NOT a coffee drinker!! 💜💜💜 10 out of 10 is REALLY NOT ENOUGH!! 100 out of 10 is more like it!! “We are visiting from Southern California and O M G! These pancakes are the best I’ve ever had! Big, thick, fluffy, and creamy. No syrup needed, but that Vermont Maple puts these over the top! 10/10 recommend! We will definitely be coming here to eat on our next visit to San Antonio“

“We had such amazing service from the moment we walked in and were welcomed in by the hostess. She greeted us with a big smile and seated our party of 8. Our server was pretty awesome. Our experience was awesome and we owe it all to Natalie Villastrigo and Abby the General Manager for the phenomenal welcoming and service. I have to say Natalie truly cares about her customers and ensures they have the best service and experience to ensure their return. Abby we will be back soon. We appreciated all the love.“

“Made a reservation ahead but didn’t need it. Inside was very clean and friendly welcome. Great server, nice attitude. Quick order and food on table in about 10 minutes. Food was very delicious. Server filled drinks as needed. Ambiance was very nice and not over done. We loved it and will return.“

“My wife and I go to VP whenever we drive out to another city, getting a breakfast sandwich and maybe a donut. They always take care of us with a few extra donut holes and their food is tasty. Even day old, their donuts still hold up while most chain donut shops don't.“

“The kolache breakfast sandwich is where it's at!! Oh and the filled donuts, blueberry is my favorite but the other fruit filings are just as delicious. Also, try the kolache sandwich with some jam like the blueberry jalapeño jam from Buc-ees), you won't regret it!!“

“Got a lovely assortment of doughnuts around 6:35 A.M. and they taste fresh and they had a good amount of choices. I wish the jelly filled doughnuts were ready, but that’s ok. The Vietnamese coffee was very good and the perfect amount of sweet (I drank some on the way home before snapping a pic). The guy working the front was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend grabbing doughnuts here!“

“My son and I went to IHOP at this location on Christmas day. We got seated immediately with surprise me because there was some people there before us. Our server was great a lot of energy for someone who was working on her 12th hour. I had had a big breakfast so I didn't think I was going to be that hungry my son came over around 2 in the afternoon I was going to order light which is two pancakes two of everything and I was surprised I ate it all the food which was great, my son had his sampler his favorite.... the atmosphere was great very festive lots of families there and the staff was very courteous full of the Christmas spirit it makes you really feel welcome there. I think the servers and food preparers does a lot of credit for working on a holiday like that especially Christmas. As we were leaving we were all wished a very merry Christmas I couldn't be more impressed especially at this location I had never been there before and it was very close to where I live. I just want to thank all the people who work there who sacrificed a part of their day to make their customers happy with a great meal...“

“I don't normally stop by this location, but after a busy night at work and getting out at 7am, it was nice to be greeted by a friendly staff and manager at the door. It was early morning and was able to enjoy a delish breakfast before I got home to sleep. Always nice to have friendly service and good food after a long shift .“

“IHOP is an extremely reliable breakfast choice. The restaurants are generally well maintained, dining rooms clean, and the food reasonably priced for 2026. You're not comparing this experience to a James Beard or Michelin level restaurant, so gauge your taste buds accordingly. It's easy on the family wallet also.

“Betty gave us the best experience ever. From the moment we walked in until we left, she was very kind and attentive.
